図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係わる回転電機として、アキシャルギャップ型回転電機が搭載された装置の一例である電動二輪車1の側面図である。
図8Aは、本実施形態に係わるティース91および固定子側ヨーク92のティース設置部位の概略構成をそれぞれ示す斜視図、図8Bは、図8Aにおけるティース91を積層方向から見た場合の図である。
図9Aは、本発明の第3の実施形態に係わるティースおよび固定子側ヨークのティース設置部位の概略構成をそれぞれ示す斜視図、図9Bは、図9Aにおけるティースを積層方向から見た場合の図である。
Claims (6)
- 界磁用磁石と、
前記界磁用磁石に対して所定間隙をあけて対向するように配置され、かつ前記界磁用磁石の磁束の方向に平行に積層されて成るティースと、
前記ティースの少なくとも一部を内部に収容したコイルと、
前記界磁用磁石に対向するように配置され、かつ前記ティースの積層方向と異なる方向に積層されて成るヨークとを備え、
前記界磁用磁石と対向する前記ティースの対向面が前記ヨークの中心軸に直交するアキシャルギャップ型の回転電機であって、
前記ヨークは、略切り欠き円環状を有しており、前記切り欠き円環状の中心軸に沿って積層されて成り、
前記ヨークは、前記界磁用磁石に対向する面から反対側の面にむけて設けられた開口部を更に含み、
前記ティースは、前記開口部に挿入された第1の部位と、前記コイルが巻回される第2の部位とを有し、前記ティースの積層方向が前記ヨークの前記中心軸の放射方向に一致しており、
前記ティースと前記ヨークは、前記第1の部位が前記開口部に挿入された状態で互いに固定され、
前記コイルが通電された際に前記第1の部位に発生する磁力線に対して垂直な断面の断面積は、前記第2の部位に発生する磁力線に対して垂直な断面の断面積よりも大きいことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 前記ティースは、前記第1の部位と、前記第2の部位とを有し、
前記第1の部位と前記第2の部位とが互いに一体成形された鋼板を複数枚積層して形成され、
前記第1の部位の前記界磁用磁石の磁束に対して垂直な方向の長さが、前記第2の部位の前記界磁用磁石の磁束に対して垂直な方向の長さよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転電機。 - 前記ティースは複数であり、当該複数のティースは、前記コイルが通電された際に当該複数のティースそれぞれの前記第2の部位に発生する磁力線が互いに略平行な状態で前記ヨークに取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転電機。
- 前記コイルが通電された際に、前記ティースの前記界磁用磁石に対向する磁石対向側端部において、前記ティースに発生する磁力線に対して垂直な断面の断面積は、前記第1の部位に発生する磁力線に対して垂直な断面の断面積以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転電機。
- 前記コイルは複数であり、前記複数のティースは、その少なくとも一部が前記複数のコイルの内部にそれぞれ収容され、
前記複数のコイルは、その複数のコイルが通電された際に前記複数のティースそれぞれの前記第2の部位に発生する磁力線が互いに略平行な状態となるように一体的にモールドされていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の回転電機。 - 前記複数のティースそれぞれの前記界磁用磁石に対向する磁石対向側端部は当該複数のコイルの外部にそれぞれ位置し、
前記複数のティースそれぞれの前記界磁用磁石に対向する磁石対向側端部に近接して配置された複数のコアを備え、
前記複数のコアおよび前記複数のコイルは一体的にモールドされていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の回転電機。
