Claims (4)
- 中心軸線(C−C)を画定しているケーシング(1)と、
前記ケーシング(1)内に配置されたクランプ機構とを備え、
前記クランプ機構は、
軸線方向に離間した、前側端部及び後側端部を有する、前側引張棒(11)であって、前記前側引張棒(11)の前側端部は、前記前側引張部材の後方への移動に応答して工具をクランプすることができる工具クランプ(9)を担持する、前側引張棒(11)と、
前記前側引張棒(11)の後方に配置されている後側引張棒(10)と、
前記前側引張棒(11)の後方への移動のために、前記後側引張棒(10)の後方への移動を前記前側引張棒(11)へ伝達し、かつ、力増幅楔構成を備えている、力伝達機構と、
前記後側引張棒(10)を後方へ付勢するためのガススプリングであって、前記ケーシング内に配置された、前記後側引張棒(10)が通って延びる前側壁(8)を有する、ガスチャンバ(21)を形成する、ハウジング(6)を備えている、ガススプリングと、
前記ガスチャンバ(21)内で軸線方向に移動する、前記ガスチャンバ内に配置されているピストン(20)とを備えている、マシンスピンドルにおいて、
前記ピストン(20)は、解放可能な連結器(18、19)によって前記後側引張棒(10)の前記後側端部に解放可能に接続されていることを特徴とするマシンスピンドル。 - 前記後側引張棒(10)と前記ピストン(20)は、ねじジョイント(18、19)によって接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマシンスピンドル。
- 前記後側引張棒(10)には雄ねじ部(18)が設けられており、前記ピストン(20)には雌ねじ部(19)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマシンスピンドル。
- 前記後側引張棒(10)には、前記ハウジング(6)の外部に配置されておりかつ前記後側引張棒(10)と一体である、フランジ部(17)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のマシンスピンドル。
