Abstract

本發明提供一種主軸結構,包含一基座、一主軸本體、一滑移件、一復位手段、一限位件與一氣嘴,該主軸本體可轉動地容設於該基座內並形成有一容室,該容室一端為盲端且開設一氣道連通外界,該滑移件可滑動地設於該容室內且兩端分別為一活塞與一掣動部,該活塞與該容室盲端之間定義一氣室,該滑移件受該復位手段之彈力而有朝該容室盲端移動之趨勢,該限位件與該掣動部連接而供選擇性地與刀把軸向干擾,該限位件因該滑移件之滑動而徑向變形,藉以定位刀把或釋放刀把,該氣嘴設於該基座而供對該氣道充氣,以驅使該滑移件向外滑移,進而釋放刀把。

Description

主軸結構
本發明係有關於一種主軸結構,特別是有關於一種具有氣動鬆刀機構之主軸結構。
一般來說,工具機主軸係用於連接刀把,刀把連接加工刀具,藉由驅動主軸轉動來驅使加工刀具轉動,以進行加工作業,例如研磨作業。
較常見之工具機主軸,形成有中空之通道,開放端供刀把插設,另端則插設可滑動之夾爪結構,夾爪結構之前端具有可動或可變形之夾爪以供限位刀把,藉由夾爪結構之前後滑動來束緊或鬆開夾爪,達到釋放刀把或定位刀把的目的。
其中,為了使夾爪結構前後滑移,其後端通常連接驅動機構,如專利TW I316442所揭者,使得主軸結構需要較長的軸向長度來容納驅動機構,故主軸結構的體積很難縮小;此外,每一主軸皆須連接如此之驅動機構,對於具有複數主軸之工具機來說,體積更是龐大。
因此,如何縮小夾爪機構之驅動機構在工具機主軸所占之體積,並盡量於工具機中設置更多刀把設置之部位,對於提高工作效率與節省廠房空間來說十分重要。
本發明之其中一目的係提供一種主軸結構,藉由側面通氣驅動鬆刀,可大幅節省空間,有利於多主軸之設置。
為達成上述目的,本發明提供一種主軸結構,包含一基座、至少一主軸本體、至少一滑移件、至少一復位手段、至少一限位件與一氣嘴。
該基座定義一軸向;該至少一主軸本體可繞該軸向轉動地容設於該基座內,該至少一主軸本體內形成有至少一容室,該容室其中一端為一盲端且開設至少一氣道,該至少一氣道於該至少一主軸本體外表面形成一入氣口,該至少一容室之另端為一開放端,以供一刀把插設至該至少一容室內;該至少一滑移件可沿該軸向滑動地設於該至少一容室內,該至少一滑移件相對兩端分別具有一活塞與一掣動部,該活塞較靠近該容室之盲端且與該盲端之間形成一氣室,該氣室連通該至少一氣道;該至少一復位手段設於該至少一容室內而提供彈力予該至少一滑移件,使該至少一滑移件有朝該至少一容室之盲端移動之趨勢;該至少一限位件設於該至少一容室內並與該至少一滑移件之掣動部連接,該至少一限位件供與該刀把連接並選擇性地與該刀把軸向干擾,以防止該刀把沿該軸向脫出,該至少一限位件受該至少一滑移件沿該軸向之滑動之驅動而能於一定位位置與一釋放位置之間徑向變形,藉以選擇性地定位該刀把或釋放該刀把;該氣嘴設於該基座而能選擇性地與該入氣孔連通,該氣嘴供連接一氣體源,藉以經由該氣道對該氣室充氣,使該至少一滑移件沿該軸向往外滑移,進而使該至少一限位件自該定位位置變形至該釋放位置。
藉此,本發明提供之主軸結構能自主軸側面通氣以達成鬆刀動作,節省習知驅動裝置之設置空間,故可於同一主軸本體上設置背向之兩刀把容設處,提升加工效率。

請參考圖1至圖5,本發明提供一種主軸結構,包含一基座10、至少一主軸本體20、至少一滑移件30、至少一復位手段、至少一限位件50與一氣嘴60,較佳地,更可包含一驅動裝置100、一第一皮帶輪200、一第二皮帶輪300與一帶動皮帶(圖未繪示)。
該基座10定義一軸向,於本實施例中,該軸向係與水平方向平行,該基座10並形成有容設空間;該至少一主軸本體20可繞該軸向轉動地容設於該基座10之容設空間內,該至少一主軸本體20內形成有至少一容室,該容室其中一端為一盲端且開設至少一氣道21,該至少一氣道21於該至少一主軸本體20外表面形成一入氣口,該至少一容室之另端為一開放端,以供一刀把80插設至該至少一容室內,其中該刀把80之另端可供連接加工工具,例如研磨片等。
該至少一滑移件30可沿該軸向滑動地設於該至少一容室內,該至少一滑移件30相對兩端分別具有一活塞311與一掣動部,該活塞311較靠近該容室之盲端且與該盲端之間形成一氣室22,該氣室22連通該至少一氣道21;該至少一復位手段設於該至少一容室內而提供彈力予該至少一滑移件30,使該至少 一滑移件30有朝該至少一容室之盲端移動之趨勢;該至少一限位件50設於該至少一容室內並與該至少一滑移件30之掣動部連接,該至少一限位件50供與該刀把80連接並選擇性地與該刀把80軸向干擾,以防止該刀把80沿該軸向脫出,該至少一限位件50受該至少一滑移件30沿該軸向之滑動之驅動而能於一定位位置與一釋放位置之間徑向變形,藉以選擇性地定位該刀把80或釋放該刀把80。
該氣嘴設於該基座而能選擇性地與該入氣孔連通,以供連接一氣體源,藉以經由該氣道對該氣室充氣,使該至少一滑移件沿該軸向往外滑移,進而使該限位件自該定位位置變形至該釋放位置。
於本實施例中,該至少一主軸本體20係包含一該主軸本體20,該主軸本體20沿該軸向之相對兩端分別形成一該容室,該二容室之盲端彼此相對,該二容室朝相反之方向朝外開放,該二容室分別具有一氣道21,該二氣道21分別與該二容室連通,較佳地,該二氣道21之入氣口繞該主軸本體20之周向間隔設置,各該氣道21包含一第一徑向段211、一軸向段212與一第二徑向段213,該軸向段212連接於該第一徑向段211與該第二徑向段213之間,該第一徑向段211連接該入氣口,該第二徑向段213連接該氣室22,因此,在該氣嘴60之位置不變的情況下,藉由該主軸本體20之轉動便能選擇性地使其中一該入氣口對齊該氣嘴60,然而,該第一徑向段211、該軸向段212與該第二徑向段213之設計係為加工方便,並非限制該氣道21之實際結構與態樣;另外,配合該二容室之設置,該至少一滑移件30係包含二該滑移件30,該至少一復位手段係包含二該復位手段,該至少一限位件50係包含二該限位件50,該二容室分別容設有其中一該滑移件30、其中一該復位手段與其中一該限位件50;具體來說,各該滑移件30包含一活塞件31與一擋止件32,該活塞件31與該擋止件32彼此連接,該 活塞311係位於該活塞件31較遠離該擋止件32之一端,該擋止件32具有該掣動部,該擋止件32之外徑自較遠離該活塞件31之一端朝較靠近該活塞件31之一端漸縮,另有一抵頂件70套設於該活塞件31外,該抵頂件70外表面與該容室之內壁固接,該抵頂件70相對兩端分別形成一彈簧室71與一勾部72,該復位手段係為一容設於該彈簧室71內之彈簧40而彈設於該彈簧室71底部與該活塞311之間,該至少一限位件50為中空狀,相對兩端分別為一連接部51與一擴張部52,該連接部51被該抵頂件70之勾部72勾扣固定,該擴張部52設有複數間隔排列之裂溝,使該擴張部52較遠離該連接部51的一端能因該活塞件31之軸向滑動而徑向擺動,藉以選擇性定位或釋放該刀把80;較佳地,該限位件50之擴張部52末端套設有一彈性束環53,以使該擴張部52有向該擋止件32收束之趨勢。
該驅動裝置100設於該基座10,舉例來說,該驅動裝置100可包含二驅動馬達與一聯軸器,該二驅動馬達分別設於該聯軸器之相對兩側而分別與該聯軸器連接,該第一皮帶輪200與該第二皮帶輪300分別與該聯軸器及該主軸本體20連接,該帶動皮帶套設於該第一皮帶輪200與該第二皮帶輪300之外,使該驅動裝置100能藉該帶動皮帶帶動該主軸本體20繞該軸向轉動,該第二皮帶輪300徑向穿設有二通氣孔301,該二通氣孔301分別與該二入氣口連通而供該氣嘴60選擇性地插設;較佳地,該氣嘴60為可移動者,而可選擇性移動並插設至其中一該通氣孔301、或自該通氣孔301拔出。
在實際加工作業中,該氣嘴60應自該通氣孔301退離,使該第二皮帶輪300與該主軸本體20得以轉動,以進行研磨加工等作業,而當需要取出刀把80時,則使第二皮帶輪300轉動至適當之位置,使通氣孔301與氣嘴60位置對齊,再使氣嘴60插設於通氣孔301內,並對通氣孔301與氣道21通氣,藉以將活 塞件31往外推出,如此一來,限位件50便獲得朝內束縮之空間,使刀把80脫離限位件50之束縛;相反地,欲定位刀把80以避免其脫出時,則使氣室22內之氣體離開,活塞件31受到彈簧40之彈力影響而往內縮回,限位件50則再被擋止件32之較大徑部分向外撐開,以形成對刀把80之擋止、定位。
在本實施例中,該二通氣孔301周向設置,因此,若須將另一刀把取出,則必須轉動第二皮帶輪300與主軸本體20,使另一通氣孔301對準氣嘴60,再進行通氣,方能達成目的;然而,在其他可能實施例中,亦可設置兩氣嘴,該二通氣孔可軸向排列,便可同時進行鬆刀作業,然而,本實施例之周向設置能夠進一步節省主軸本體軸向上的空間,對於主軸迷你化有相當大的貢獻。
除此之外,該通氣孔301直接設置於第二皮帶輪300上,故氣嘴60與其附屬裝置可恰好設置於帶動皮帶所圍構之空間內,無須占用額外空間,亦對主軸的體積縮減十分有利。
藉此,本發明之主軸結構能節省鬆刀驅動機構之所占空間,使主軸能於相對兩端皆連接刀把,提高工作效率,且鬆刀驅動機構亦不占用額外空間,能使主軸結構之整體體積達到最小化,實為相關業者所企盼,惟以上實施例僅在於說明並闡述本發明的技術內容,本專利的專利範圍應以後述的申請專利範圍為準。

  1. 一種主軸結構,包含:一基座,定義一軸向;至少一主軸本體,可繞該軸向轉動地容設於該基座內,該至少一主軸本體內形成有至少一容室,該容室其中一端為一盲端且開設至少一氣道,該至少一氣道於該至少一主軸本體外表面形成一入氣口,該至少一容室之另端為一開放端,以供一刀把插設至該至少一容室內;至少一滑移件,可沿該軸向滑動地設於該至少一容室內,該至少一滑移件相對兩端分別具有一活塞與一掣動部,該活塞較靠近該容室之盲端且與該盲端之間形成一氣室,該氣室連通該至少一氣道;至少一復位手段,設於該至少一容室內而提供彈力予該至少一滑移件,使該至少一滑移件有朝該至少一容室之盲端移動之趨勢;至少一限位件,設於該至少一容室內並與該至少一滑移件之掣動部連接,該至少一限位件供與該刀把連接並選擇性地與該刀把軸向干擾,以防止該刀把沿該軸向脫出,該至少一限位件受該至少一滑移件沿該軸向之滑動之驅動而能於一定位位置與一釋放位置之間徑向變形,藉以選擇性地定位該刀把或釋放該刀把;一氣嘴,設於該基座而能選擇性地與該入氣孔連通,該氣嘴供連接一氣體源,藉以經由該氣道對該氣室充氣,使該至少一滑移件 沿該軸向往外滑移,進而使該至少一限位件自該定位位置變形至該釋放位置;更包含一驅動裝置、一第一皮帶輪、一第二皮帶輪與一帶動皮帶,該驅動裝置設於該基座,該第一皮帶輪與該第二皮帶輪分別套設於該驅動裝置與該至少一主軸本體外,該帶動皮帶套設於該第一皮帶輪與該第二皮帶輪之外,使該驅動裝置能藉該帶動皮帶帶動該至少一主軸本體繞該軸向轉動,該第二皮帶輪徑向穿設有至少一通氣孔,該至少一通氣孔與該入氣口連通而供該氣嘴選擇性地插設。
  2. 如請求項1所述之主軸結構,其中該至少一主軸本體係包含一該主軸本體,該主軸本體沿該軸向之相對兩端分別形成一該容室,該二容室之盲端彼此相對,該二容室朝相反之方向朝外開放,該二容室分別具有一氣道,該二氣道分別與該二容室連通,該至少一滑移件係包含二該滑移件,該至少一復位手段係包含二該復位手段,該至少一限位件係包含二該限位件,該二容室分別容設有其中一該滑移件、其中一該復位手段與其中一該限位件。
  3. 如請求項2所述之主軸結構,其中該二氣道之入氣口繞該主軸本體之周向間隔設置,各該氣道包含一第一徑向段、一軸向段與一第二徑向段,該軸向段連接於該第一徑向段與該第二徑向段之間,該第一徑向段連接該入氣口,該第二徑向段連接該氣室。
  4. 如請求項2所述之主軸結構,其中該第二皮帶輪徑向穿設有二通氣孔,該二通氣孔分別與該二氣道之入氣口連通而供該氣嘴選擇性地插設。
  5. 如請求項1至4中任一項所述之主軸結構,其中該至少一滑移件包含一活塞件與一擋止件,該活塞件與該擋止件彼此連接,該活塞係位於該活塞件較遠離該擋止件之一端,該擋止件具有該掣動部,該擋止件之外徑自較遠離該活塞件之一端朝較靠近該活塞件之一端漸縮,另有一抵頂件套設於該活塞件外,該抵頂件外表面與該容室之內壁固接,該抵頂件相對兩端分別形成一彈簧室與一勾部,該復位手段係為一容設於該彈簧室內之彈簧而彈設於該彈簧室底部與該活塞之間,該至少一限位件為中空狀,相對兩端分別為一連接部與一擴張部,該連接部被該抵頂件之勾部勾扣固定,該擴張部設有複數間隔排列之裂溝,使該擴張部較遠離該連接部的一端能因該活塞件之軸向滑動而徑向擺動,藉以選擇性定位或釋放該刀把。
  6. 如請求項5所述之主軸結構,其中該限位件之擴張部末端套設有一彈性束環,以使該擴張部有向該擋止件收束之趨勢。
  7. 如請求項1至4中任一項所述之主軸結構,其中該驅動裝置包含二驅動馬達與一聯軸器,該二驅動馬達分別設於該聯軸器之相對兩側而分別與該聯軸器連接,該第一皮帶輪與該聯軸器連接。
