本发明提供了一种柔性双端夹持主轴,包括箱体,箱体内部装有主轴、皮带盘、背靠背结构的轴承、柔性卡盘、自定心弹簧夹头和弹簧夹座,所述的皮带盘驱动转轴转动,轴承将主轴销紧在箱体之间并且跟随主轴同心旋转;主轴右端装有柔性卡盘和右盖,柔性卡盘对规则零件进行夹持;主轴左端装有自定心弹簧夹头、弹簧夹座和左盖,其中自定心夹具和右端卡盘共同完成零件的夹紧工作。本发明具有较好的夹持适应性,所以对不规则毛料,异型夹持的位置要求,在此旋转主轴的驱动下达到同轴加工的目的,其应用领域非常广。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属切削领域,具体是一种柔性双端夹持主轴,用于夹持零件并进行旋转后进行切削加工。
背景技术
目前在金属切削加工中,对于同轴夹持面不规则转体零件,无法对其有效进行同轴夹持,只能夹持一端,加工另一端的外圆和内孔,再用前序孔定位加工另一端,这种方法时间长同心度差。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种柔性双端夹持主轴,具有较好的夹持适应性,所以对不规则毛料,异型夹持的位置要求,在此旋转主轴的驱动下达到同轴加工的目的,其应用领域非常广。
本发明包括箱体,箱体内部装有主轴、皮带盘、背靠背结构的轴承、柔性卡盘、自定心弹簧夹头和弹簧夹座,所述的皮带盘驱动转轴转动,轴承将主轴销紧在箱体之间并且跟随主轴同心旋转;主轴右端装有柔性卡盘和右盖,柔性卡盘对规则零件进行夹持;主轴左端装有自定心弹簧夹头、弹簧夹座和左盖,其中自定心夹具和右端卡盘共同完成零件的夹紧工作。左盖和右盖起到防尘放水的密封作用。
进一步改进,所述的皮带盘上开有动力孔系。所述的动力孔系采用油压源或气压源。
进一步改进,所述的主轴通过分油环或分气环驱动自定心弹簧夹头和弹簧夹座完成零件的夹紧工作。
本发明有益效果在于:
1、不要调面加工,提高加工效率。
2、调面加工有夹持误差,没有一次夹持加工的同轴精度高且质量稳定可靠。有着事半功倍的加工结果。
3、对于在同样动力源的情况下,两端同时加工其耗能大大降低,其操作性能不再需要人为调效。
4、减少报废,其切削性能也因两端夹持而带来稳定的切削效果,其转速、切削量大幅提高,从而完成发明的目的。
5、在相同的两端加工效率不计人工,只计加工时间会缩短一倍。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
本发明结构如图1、图2和图3所示,包括箱体1,箱体1内部装有主轴2、皮带盘10、背靠背结构的轴承3、柔性卡盘5、自定心弹簧夹头7和弹簧夹座8,所述的皮带盘10驱动主轴2转动,轴承3将主轴2销紧在箱体之间并且跟随主轴同心旋转;主轴右端装有柔性卡盘5和右盖4,柔性卡盘5对规则零件进行夹持;主轴左端装有自定心弹簧夹头7、弹簧夹座8和左盖6,其中自定心夹具和右端卡盘共同完成零件9的夹紧工作。左盖和右盖起到防尘放水的密封作用。
进一步改进,所述的皮带盘上开有动力孔系11。所述的动力孔系采用油压源或气压源。
进一步改进,所述的主轴通过分油环或分气环驱动自定心弹簧夹头和弹簧夹座完成零件的夹紧工作。

1.一种柔性双端夹持主轴,其特征在于:包括箱体,箱体内部装有主轴、皮带盘、背靠背结构的轴承、柔性卡盘、自定心弹簧夹头和弹簧夹座,所述的皮带盘驱动转轴转动,轴承将主轴销紧在箱体之间并且跟随主轴同心旋转;主轴右端装有柔性卡盘和右盖,柔性卡盘对规则零件进行夹持;主轴左端装有自定心弹簧夹头、弹簧夹座和左盖,其中自定心夹具和右端卡盘共同完成零件的夹紧工作。
