Abstract

"ATUADOR HIDRáULICO DE DUPLO EFEITO". O atuador hidráulico (1) de duplo efeito, com dispositivo de travamento axial, comporta uma câmara de cilindro delimitada por duas paredes cilíndricas coaxiais (26, 27) de diâmetros diferentes, conectadas por uma parede (25) troncónica. Um pistão guia (7), que desliza na parede cilíndrica (26) de pequeno diâmetro, está fixado à extremidade de uma haste do atuador (9). Essa haste do atuador (9) comporta uma protuberância anular (33) que possui um diâmetro igual ao diâmetro da parede cilíndrica (26). Um pistão anular (40) de duas seções diferentes (40), que garante a estanqueidade entre as duas câmaras de cilindro, está montado de forma deslizante sobre a porção mediana (34) da haste do atuador entre o pistão (7) e a protuberância anular (33). Quando o atuador está estendido, a extremidade reduzida (44) do pistão anular (40) se apóia sobre superfícies cónicas (46) de duas semi-coroas (41a, 41b) e tende a empurrar essas coroas para fora. Quando as duas semi-coroas estão diante da parede cilíndrica (27) de grande diâmetro, as semi-coroas (41a, 41b) são empurradas para fora, e a extremidade reduzida (44) do pistão anular (40) fica intercalado entre elas e a porção mediana (34) da haste do atuador.
