Description

Claims (5)
- 力増幅器を有するマシンスピンドルであって、
前記マシンスピンドルは、クランプ部材(9)を有し、前記力増幅器は、2つの引張棒(10、11)の一部分を備え、前記引張棒の一方(11)は、前記クランプ部材(9)に接続されており、かつ複数の組の協働する楔部材(22、23)を備え、前記協働する楔部材(22、23)の相互に協働する摺動面(32及び35、33及び36)は、平坦でありかつ互いに平行であり、前記楔部材の一方(22)のさらなる摺動面(31、34)は平坦であり、前記さらなる摺動面の一方(31)は、前記力増幅器に含まれているアンビル(55)の摺動面(57)と協働し、前記さらなる摺動面の中の第二の摺動面(34)は、前記第二引張棒(11)の半径方向溝部(50)の摺動面(58)と協働し、一組に含まれる前記楔部材(22、23)は、前記第一引張棒(10)に付随した皿穴(24)内に配置されている、力増幅器を有するマシンスピンドルにおいて、
前記皿穴(24)には、前記第二楔部材(23)の切欠き部(44)と協働することが意図されている隆起部(51)が設けられていることを特徴とする力増幅器を有するマシンスピンドル。 - 前記摺動面には、減摩被覆が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマシンスピンドル。
- 前記協働する楔部材の組の数は三つであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のマシンスピンドル。
- 前記楔部材(22、23)の隣接する摺動面(31及び32、32及び33、35及び36)の間の相互の角度は、鈍いことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のマシンスピンドル。
- 前記第二引張棒には、各組の楔部材(22、23)のための、半径方向に延びている溝部(50)が設けられており、前記溝部(50)は、その一端部の領域において、前記第二引張棒(11)の軸線方向において広がっており、前記楔部材の一方(22)は、前記溝部の広がりの相補的な形状を有し、それにより、前記楔部材(22)は、前記溝部(50)内で半径方向のみに移動しうることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のマシンスピンドル。
