Description
(メタ)アクリル酸エステルを主成分とするアクリル系重合体、及び粘着付与剤を含有する粘着剤組成物であって、上記粘着付与剤が安定化ロジンエステル樹脂であることを特徴とする自動車内装材用粘着剤組成物、についても説明する。

((1)式中、R1は水素原子又はメチル基を、R2は炭素数1〜18の直鎖又は分岐のアルキル基若しくは脂環式基を示す。)
フォギング度(%)=(試験後のガラス板の60°の入射反射率)/(試験前のガラス板の60°の入射反射率)×100
粘着シートのフォギング度は、粘着剤のベースポリマーであるアクリル系重合体を構成するモノマーの種類やその割合、アクリル系重合体の分子量、粘着付与剤の種類とその量、粘着剤層の厚み、粘着剤組成物のタイプ(溶剤型、水分散型等)を調節することにより調製できる。
[アクリル系重合体エマルションの調製]
冷却管、窒素導入管、温度計及び攪拌機を備えた反応容器に、2,2′−アゾビス[N−(2−カルボキシエチル)−2−メチルプロピオンアミジン]ハイドレート(和光純薬工業(株)製、商品名「VA−057」)0.1重量部とイオン交換水40重量部をセパラブルフラスコに投入し、窒素ガスを導入しながら、1時間撹拌した。別にアクリル酸ブチル68重量部、アクリル酸2−エチルヘキシル29重量部、アクリル酸2.9重量部、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルフェニルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム26重量%水溶液8重量部を、水24.3重量部に添加して乳化し、乳化滴下液を調製した。この乳化滴下液を、上記セパラブルフラスコ中に4時間かけて滴下し、滴下終了後3時間熟成を行った。重合後、アンモニウム水を添加してpH8に調整した。
[粘着剤組成物の調製]
上記アクリル系重合体エマルションの固形分100重量部に対し、粘着付与剤として安定化ロジンエステル樹脂(ハリマ化成(株)製、商品名「SK−90D−55」)を固形分で30重量部加え、水分散型粘着剤組成物を得た。
[粘着シートの作製]
得られた水分散型粘着剤組成物を増粘剤で増粘し、乾燥後の厚みが60μmとなるように剥離紙に塗布し、100℃で2分間乾燥した。粘着剤層を付設した同様の形態の粘着シートを2枚作製し、坪量14g/m2の不織布の表裏にそれらを貼り合わせることにより、両面粘着シートを作製した。
粘着付与剤として安定化ロジンエステル樹脂(荒川化学工業(株)製、商品名「E−720」)を用いた以外は実施例1と同様の操作を行い粘着シートを得た。
粘着付与剤としてテルペンフェノール系樹脂(荒川化学工業(株)製、商品名「E−200])を用いた以外は実施例1と同様の操作を行い粘着シートを得た。
粘着付与剤として重合ロジンエステル樹脂(ハリマ化成(株)製、商品名「SK−508H」)を用いた以外は実施例1と同様の操作を行い粘着シートを得た。
粘着付与剤としてテルペン系樹脂(ヤスハラケミカル株式会社製、商品名「ナノレットR1050」)を用いた以外は実施例1と同様の操作を行い粘着シートを得た。
実施例及び比較例で得た粘着シートについて次の特性を調べた。測定結果を表1に示す。
[フォギング度]
測定はドイツ工業規格DIN75201に従って実施した。各粘着シートを直径80mmの円形に切断し、剥離紙を一枚剥離した状態で100℃のオイルバスにより加熱されているビーカーの底に静置し、ビーカーの上面には常に20℃に冷却されているガラス板を設置した。その状態で3時間放置した後、ガラス板上のフォギング度を以下の式にて算出した。
フォギング度(%)=(試験後のガラス板の60°の入射反射率)/(試験前のガラス板の60°の入射反射率)×100
[接着力]
粘着シートの片面を厚さ25μmのPET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)基材に貼り付け、幅20mm、長さ100mmに切断し、もう片方の面を粒度280番の研磨紙で磨いたSUS板に重さ2kg重のゴムローラを1往復させる方法にて圧着し、23℃下に30分放置後、23℃雰囲気中にて剥離に要する力を測定した(180°ピール、剥離速度300mm/分)。又同様の試験片と被着体を用い、70℃下に30分放置後、70℃雰囲気中にて剥離に要する力も測定した。
[保持力試験]
粘着シートの片方の面を厚さ25μmのPET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)基材に貼り付け、幅10mmに切断し、もう片方の面をフェノール樹脂板に対し10mm×20mmの接着面積で貼り付け、一晩室温に放置し、さらに40℃下に30分放置した後、フェノール樹脂板を垂下し、粘着テープの自由端に500gの均一荷重を負荷し、1時間後に粘着シートがずれた距離を測定した。
Claims (3)
- (メタ)アクリル酸エステルを主成分とするアクリル系重合体、及び粘着付与剤を含有する粘着剤組成物であって、上記粘着付与剤が安定化ロジンエステル樹脂であり、粘着剤組成物が、安定化ロジンエステル樹脂を水性媒体に分散させた水分散型安定化ロジンエステル樹脂と、アクリル系重合体を水性媒体に分散させたアクリル系重合体エマルションとを混合して得られる水分散型粘着剤組成物であることを特徴とする自動車内装材用粘着剤組成物。
- アクリル系重合体100重量部に対して、粘着付与剤を5〜100重量部含む請求項1記載の自動車内装材用粘着剤組成物。
- 基材の少なくとも一方の面に請求項1又は2に記載の粘着剤組成物から成る粘着層を設けてなる自動車内装材用粘着シート。
