Description
前記真空断熱パネルの大きさに形成した断熱発泡体に前記真空断熱材が入る打ち抜き孔を形成する一方、前記真空断熱材に発泡体を積層した積層真空断熱体を成形し、この積層真空断熱体を前記打ち抜き孔に装着・固定するようにしたことを特徴とするものである。
図1は、この発明の真空断熱パネルの製造方法により製造される真空断熱パネルにかかる分解状態の概略斜視図である。
図3〜図5は、この発明の真空断熱パネルの製造方法の一実施の形態にかかり、図3は断熱発泡体の製造工程の概略構成図、図4は積層真空断熱体の製造工程の概略構成図、図5は積層真空断熱体の製造工程の製造開始部分および製造終了部分を拡大した概略構成図である。

Claims (3)
- 真空断熱材を発泡体で覆った真空断熱パネルを連続して製造するに際し、
前記真空断熱パネルの大きさに形成した断熱発泡体に前記真空断熱材が入る打ち抜き孔を形成する一方、前記真空断熱材に発泡体を積層した積層真空断熱体を成形し、この積層真空断熱体を前記打ち抜き孔に装着・固定するようにしたことを特徴とする真空断熱パネルの製造方法。 - 前記積層真空断熱体を、前記真空断熱材を連続供給しながらその表面に発泡原料を塗布し、この発泡原料の発泡を面材で押えて一定の厚さにして積層硬化させた後、カットして成形するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の真空断熱パネルの製造方法。
- 前記積層真空断熱体を、前記発泡原料の発泡を押える面材を上面材とし、下面材にホットメルト接着剤を吹付けて前記真空断熱材の全面を接着するようにして成形することを特徴とする請求項2記載の真空断熱パネルの製造方法。
