Description
また、断熱発泡体を上下2枚の面材の間に発泡体となる合成樹脂発泡原料を吹き付け、上下面材でサンドイッチ状に挟み込んで一定厚さの断熱発泡体を発泡・硬化させて真空断熱パネルの大きさに形成することで、大きさの異なるパネルも型を用いることなく容易に製造できるようになるとともに、凹底部を保護・補強部とすることで、真空断熱材を保護し補強でき、損傷を防止できるようになる。
さらに、前記断熱発泡体の圧縮成形による前記凹部および前記凹底部の保護・補強部は、前記凹部の深さを前記真空断熱材の厚さに弾性変形分を加えた深さに成形し、前記真空断熱材の表面と前記断熱発泡体の表面とが面一となるようにしており、凹部と凹底部の保護・補強部を圧縮成形で同時に成形でき、圧縮成形の弾性変形分を考慮した深さの凹部としてパネル表面が平滑かつ均一な厚さにでき、一層容易に製造できるようになる。

Claims (1)
- 真空断熱材を発泡体で覆った真空断熱パネルを製造するに際し、
上下2枚の面材の間に前記発泡体となる合成樹脂発泡原料を吹き付け、上下面材でサンドイッチ状に挟み込んで一定厚さの断熱発泡体を発泡・硬化させ、この断熱発泡体を前記真空断熱パネルの大きさに形成し、当該断熱発泡体に前記真空断熱材が入る凹部を圧縮成形することにより当該凹底部の密度を高めるとともに、前記凹部の深さを前記真空断熱材の厚さに弾性変形分を加えた深さとして前記真空断熱材を保護し補強する保護・補強部を形成した後、この凹部に前記真空断熱材を装着・固定して前記真空断熱材の表面と前記断熱発泡体の表面とが面一となるようにしたことを特徴とする真空断熱パネルの製造方法。
