Description
(全体構成)
本実施形態に係わる光書込み型画像表示媒体Pを説明する。
(画像表示媒体内の動作)
次に、以上の構成を備える光書込み装置10により画像表示媒体Pに画像が形成される仕組みについて説明する。
(画像形成及び画像消去動作)
次に、本第1実施形態における光書込み装置10を使用して画像表示媒体Pに画像を形成させる動作、及び画像表示媒体Pの画像を消去する動作について説明する。
(その他の構成について最後に説明)
次に、本発明の一例である第2実施形態に係る光書込み装置70について図7に従って説明する。
この構成により、媒体の送出を行う際、LPHのヘッド部にかかる負担を減らすことが出来るため、装置の耐久性を向上させることが出来る。

Claims (4)
- 表示層に光導電層を積層してなる光書込み型の媒体の露光領域に向けて光書込みを行う光書込み装置において、
複数の前記媒体が積載される収容部と、
画像情報に基づいた光を照射しながら第一の方向に移動し、画像消去のための光を照射しながら前記第一の方向と逆方向の第二の方向に移動する光照射手段と、
前記光照射手段の前記第二の方向への移動と連動して、前記収容部に積層された複数の前記媒体のうち最も前記光照射手段側となる外側に積載され前記露光領域が露出した第一の媒体を前記第二の方向へ搬送することで前記第一の媒体より内側に積載された第二の媒体の露光領域を露出させる媒体搬送部材と、
前記第一の媒体または前記第二の媒体と接続し、光書込みの際に必要となる電圧を印加する電圧印加部材と、
前記電圧印加部材が前記第一の媒体に電圧を印加すると共に前記光照射手段が前記第一の媒体に前記画像情報に基づいた光を照射しながら前記第一の方向に第一の距離移動するように制御し、前記電圧印加部材が前記第二の媒体に電圧を印加すると共に前記光照射手段が前記第二の媒体に画像消去のための光を照射しながら前記第二の媒体上を前記第二の方向に第二の距離移動するように制御する制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする光書込み装置。 - 前記光照射手段は、前記画像情報に基づいた光の照射と前記画像消去のための光の照射とを行う共通の光照射部材を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光書込み装置。
- 前記光照射手段は、前記画像情報に基づいた光を照射しながら前記第一の方向に移動する第一の光照射部材と、筐体に固定されてなり、前記画像消去のための光を照射する面発光部材と、を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光書込み装置。
- 前記光照射手段は、前記画像情報に基づいた光を照射しながら前記第一の方向に移動する第一の光照射部材と、前記第一の光照射部材とは別の光源であって、前記第二の方向に移動しながら前記画像消去のための光を照射する第二の光照射部材と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光書込み装置。
