Description
第1の実施形態は、インクジェット方式により電極を形成したバイポーラ型二次電池をインバータ回路の平滑化手段として用いたインバータ装置である。
第2の実施形態は、インバータ装置の平滑化手段であるバイポーラ型二次電池をそのまま電源として使用した駆動システムである。
第3の実施形態は、一つひとつのスイッチング素子にバイポーラ型二次電池を設けた平滑化手段一体型のスイッチング素子からなるインバータ装置である。
第4の実施形態は、前述した第3の実施形態における駆動システムにさらに外部に電源を設けた駆動システムである。
第5の実施形態は、インバータ装置の一つひとつのスイッチング素子に対して並列にバイポーラ型二次電池を接続したインバータ装置である。
第6の実施形態は、前述した第5の実施形態における駆動システムにさらに外部に電源を設けた駆動システムである。

Claims (7)
- 直流をスイッチングして交流に変換するスイッチング素子と、
前記スイッチング素子に並列または直列に接続され、前記スイッチング素子からの電流を平滑化する二次電池と、
を有し、
前記平滑化する二次電池は、一方の面に正極が形成されると共に他方の面に負極が形成されている集電体を用いて、前記正極と前記負極の間に電解質層を挟んで前記集電体を積層したバイポーラ型二次電池であることを特徴とするインバータ装置。 - 前記バイポーラ型二次電池は、インクジェット方式により形成された電極を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のインバータ装置。
- 前記バイポーラ型二次電池は、
前記電極として、厚さ2〜5μm正極と、厚さ2〜5μmの負極と、を有し、
前記正極および前記負極の間に挟まれた厚さ2〜5μm電解質層を有し、
前記正極、前記電解質層、および前記負極からなる層が10〜100層積層されてなることを特徴とする請求項2記載のインバータ装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載されたインバータ装置を備え、直流を前記インバータ装置により交流に変換し、負荷に供給することを特徴とする駆動システム。
- 前記インバータ装置に用いられている前記バイポーラ型二次電池は、前記直流を供給するための電源であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の駆動システム。
- 前記バイポーラ型二次電池には、さらに前記バイポーラ型二次電池を充電するための外部電源が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の駆動システム。
- 前記バイポーラ型二次電池とは別に、前記直流を供給するための電源となる二次電池が駆動システム内に設けられていることを特徴とする特徴とする請求項4記載の駆動システム。
