Description
本発明は、計装用増幅器(IA)の分野に関し、詳細には、IAのゲインエラーを低下させるための回路および方法に関する。
− MP13は、IAデバイスMP10に対応する。
− MN20は、MN12bに対応する。
− MP14は、MP12に対応する。
− キャパシタC1は、このPCボードとゲイン抵抗R1に起因したノードVO上の典型的なキャパシタンスに対応する。
− MN23は、MN15のドレインに相当し、わずかな余分なキャパシタンスを提供して、MN15のソースが、時には移動していることになることを明らかにすることができる。これらのレプリカデバイスの特性と、これらのレプリカデバイスが対応するこれらのデバイスまたは構造の特性は、可能な限り類似しているべきであることに留意されたい。

Claims (1)
- 第1および第2の入力ノードと、
出力ノードと、
第1および第2の入力増幅器と、
抵抗と、
ゲイン補正回路と、
を備えた、チョッパにより安定化させられた電流モード計装用増幅器(IA)であって、
前記第1および第2の入力増幅器は、前記第1および第2の入力ノードのそれぞれに結合され、前記第1および第2の入力ノードに印加される差動入力電圧に応じて、前記出力ノードに結合されている各電流を生成するように構成されており、
前記第1の入力増幅器が、
ゲートが前記第1の入力ノードに結合され、ソースが第1の電圧出力ノードに接続された、第1の電界効果トランジスタ(FET)と、
前記第1の電圧出力ノードに接続され、前記第1の出力電圧ノードに第1の寄生キャパシタンスを課す第1のデバイスと、
を備え、
前記第2の入力増幅器が、
ゲートが前記第2の入力ノードに結合され、ソースが第2の電圧出力ノードに接続された、第2の電界効果トランジスタ(FET)と、
前記第2の電圧出力ノードに接続され、前記第2の出力電圧ノードに第2の寄生キャパシタンスを課す第2のデバイスと、
を備え、
前記抵抗は、前記第1および第2の電圧出力ノードの間に接続され、
前記電流モード計装用増幅器(IA)は、前記抵抗が、前記第1および第2の入力ノードに印加される前記電圧の前記差とともに変化する電流を伝導させるように構成され、
前記第1および第2の入力増幅器が、前記電流とともに変化する第1および第2の出力電流ノードの各電流を供給するように構成され、
前記第1および第2の出力電流ノードの前記電流が前記出力ノードに結合され、
前記ゲイン補正回路(106)が、第1の補正回路(108)と第2の補正回路とを備え、前記第1の補正回路(108)は、
ゲートが前記第1の電界効果トランジスタ(FET)のゲートに接続され、前記第1の電界効果トランジスタ(FET)の電流とほぼ同じ電流を流すように構成された、第3の電界効果トランジスタ(FET)と、
前記第3の電界効果トランジスタ(FET)のソースに接続され、前記第3の電界効果トランジスタ(FET)のソースに、前記第1の寄生キャパシタンスとほぼ同じ寄生キャパシタンスを課すように構成された、第3のデバイスと、
を備え、前記第3の電界効果トランジスタ(FET)を流れる前記電流が、前記第2の出力電流ノードに結合された補償電流として供給され、そうでなければ前記第1の寄生キャパシタンスに起因して生ずるはずの前記第2の出力電流のエラーを低下させる補正回路であり、
前記第2の補正回路は、
ゲートが前記第2の電界効果トランジスタ(FET)のゲートに接続され、前記第2の電界効果トランジスタ(FET)の電流とほぼ同じ電流を伝導させるように構成された、第4の電界効果トランジスタ(FET)と、
前記第4の電界効果トランジスタ(FET)のソースに接続され、前記第4の電界効果トランジスタ(FET)のソースに、前記第2の寄生キャパシタンスとほぼ同じ寄生キャパシタンスを課すように構成された、第4のデバイスと、
を備え、前記第4の電界効果トランジスタ(FET)を伝導する前記電流が、前記第1の出力電流ノードに結合された補償電流として供給され、そうでなければ前記第2の寄生キャパシタンスに起因して生ずるはずの前記第1の出力電流のエラーを低下させる補正回路である、
ことを特徴とする電流モード計装用増幅器(IA)。
