Claims (14)
- リニア・ローラー・ベアリング式のガイド・キャリッジであって、
回転体(9)のための少なくとも1つの無限軌道と、
支持体(1)と、
複数のヘッドピース(13)と
を含み、
前記支持体(1)は前記支持体における縦方向の側部の両方にそれぞれ前記無限軌道の1つの支持部(2,3)と1つの戻り部(5,6)とを含み、
前記支持部(2,3)は負荷がかかった状態で転がる前記回転体(9)のために設けられ、
前記戻り部(5,6)は負荷がかかっていない状態で戻る前記回転体(9)のために設けられ、
前記ヘッドピース(13)は前記支持体(1)の端面に配置され、前記ヘッドピース(13)のそれぞれが、前記戻り部(5,6)と前記支持部(2,3)とを接続する偏向部(11,12)と、潤滑油を供給するべく弁(30)を介して前記回転体(9)の前記軌道に接続可能な潤滑油チャネル(24)とを有し、
前記弁(30)は、前記潤滑油を通すべく前記潤滑油チャネル(24)の断面を横切り且つ複数のスロット面(34)により画定されたスロット(33)を有し、
前記スロット面(34)は、前記スロット(33)が閉じて前記弁が閉じる場合に互いに当接し、
前記潤滑油チャネル(24)は、前記偏向部(11,12)に配置された第1の端部と、潤滑油供給開口部に配置された第2の端部とを含み、
前記弁(30)は前記第1の端部に配置される、ガイド・キャリッジ。 - 請求項1に記載のガイド・キャリッジであって、前記弁(30)がほぼ漏斗(36)のように構成され、前記漏斗が前記少なくとも1つのスロット(33)によって漏斗セグメント(38)に分割され、前記漏斗セグメント(38)が、相互に隣り合っているスロット面(34)で前記スロット(33)を画定する、ガイド・キャリッジ。
- 請求項2に記載のガイド・キャリッジであって、前記漏斗が円錐体(31)に構成されている、ガイド・キャリッジ。
- 請求項2に記載のガイド・キャリッジであって、前記漏斗(36)の前記漏斗先端部(37)が前記第1の端部と対向している、ガイド・キャリッジ。
- 請求項2に記載のガイド・キャリッジであって、前記漏斗(36)の前記漏斗先端部(37)が前記潤滑油の流れの方向に配置されている、ガイド・キャリッジ。
- 請求項2に記載のガイド・キャリッジであって、前記漏斗(36)が十字形状のスロットを有する、ガイド・キャリッジ。
- 請求項2に記載のガイド・キャリッジであって、前記スロット付き漏斗(36)が合成樹脂から、特に射出成形プロセスを用いて製造されている、ガイド・キャリッジ。
- 請求項1に記載のガイド・キャリッジであって、前記スロット(33)を画定する前記スロット面(34)が互いに弾性的に押し付けられている、ガイド・キャリッジ。
- 請求項1に記載のガイド・キャリッジであって、前記ヘッドピース(13)が分配プレート(14)を含み、前記分配プレート(14)が合成樹脂から作られ、分岐分配チャネル(26)を含み、前記分岐分配チャネル(26)の端部には移送穴(28)が設けられ、前記スロット(33)が前記移送穴(28)の中に配置されている、ガイド・キャリッジ。
- 請求項9に記載のガイド・キャリッジであって、前記スロット面(34)が前記分配プレート(14)に一体に形成されている、ガイド・キャリッジ。
- 請求項2及び10に記載のガイド・キャリッジであって、前記漏斗(36)が前記分配プレート(14)に一体に形成されている、ガイド・キャリッジ。
- 請求項9に記載のガイド・キャリッジであって、前記偏向部(11,12)が回転体(9)のための内側偏向手段(19)を有し、前記内側偏向手段(19)が前記分配プレート(14)と一体に構成されている、ガイド・キャリッジ。
- 請求項12に記載のガイド・キャリッジであって、前記移送穴(28)が前記内側偏向手段(19)のところで開口している、ガイド・キャリッジ。
- 請求項13に記載のガイド・キャリッジであって、前記内側偏向手段(19)に2つの隣接するボール溝(20)が設けられ、前記ボール溝は、それぞれ1つの無限軌道用であり、前記移送穴(28)が前記2つのボール溝を隔てる分離壁(29)の中に開口している、ガイド・キャリッジ。
