Claims (11)
- 正極板、負極板、及び前記正極板と前記負極板との間に介されるセパレータを備える電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体が上段開口部に挿入されて受容される缶と、
キャッププレートと電極端子とを備える前記缶の前記上段開口部を覆うためのキャップ組立体を含むリチウム二次電池であって、
前記キャッププレートは、前記正極板及び前記負極板の一方に電気的に接続されており、前記電極端子は、前記正極板及び前記負極板の他方にターミナルプレートを介して電気的に接続されており、
前記電極端子、前記キャッププレート及び前記ターミナルプレートは機械的に連結されており、
前記キャッププレートは、該キャッププレートの中心部に上方に突出する突出部を備え、
前記ターミナルプレート及び前記電極端子は、前記キャッププレートの前記突出部に対応する領域に収容されている、
ことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記突出部は前記キャッププレートの中央に上方に形成された段差部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記段差部は側面が段差部の上面を基準に所定の角度を有する傾斜平面形状で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記段差部は側面が垂直平面形状で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記段差部は側面が所定の曲率を有する曲面形状で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記段差部は高さがキャッププレートの厚さの少なくとも50%になるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記段差部は高さが0.1〜0.5mmになるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記段差部の長側辺の長さは、前記キャッププレートの長側辺の長さの20~70%になるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記段差部の短側辺は、前記キャッププレートの短側辺からの長さが1~10mmになる部分に位置するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記突出部は、前記キャッププレートの上方に凸に線状(linear)に形成され、前記突出部を境界に区画された前記キャッププレートの上面は同一平面上に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記突出部は平面形状がアラビア数字の11字形状または四角形状で形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のリチウム二次電池。
