Abstract
상기와 같은 배터리 모듈은 배터리 셀을 고정하기 위한 별도의 구조물을 추가할 필요가 없으므로 조립이 단순하고 제조 비용을 절감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 배터리 모듈을 소형화할 수 있다.

Claims (12)
- 일방향으로 정렬된 복수 개의 배터리 셀; 및
상기 복수 개의 배터리 셀을 고정하는 하우징부;를 포함하고,
상기 배터리 셀의 중앙부는 내측으로 오목하게 형성되며, 인접한 배터리 셀 간에는 제1 접착부재가 마련되며,
상기 제1 접착부재는 상기 배터리 셀의 테두리부를 따라 형성되고,
상기 제1 접착부재는 상기 배터리 셀의 오목하게 형성된 중앙부에 대응되는 오프닝을 정의하는 배터리 모듈.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징부는, 상기 복수 개의 배터리 셀에 각각 위치되는 제1 및 제2 측면플레이트;
상기 제1 및 제2 측면플레이트에 결합되어 상기 복수 개의 배터리 셀 중 최외곽에 위치된 제1 및 제n 배터리 셀의 외측에 위치되는 제1 및 제2 엔드플레이트; 및
상기 제1 및 제2 측면플레이트의 상측과 결합되어, 복수 개의 배터리 셀의 상부면에 위치되는 탑플레이트를 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 엔드플레이트와 상기 제1 배터리 셀 사이 및 제2 엔드플레이트와 상기 제n 배터리 셀 사이에는 각각 제2 접착부재가 더 구비되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제2 접착부재는 상기 제1 및 제n 배터리 셀과 대응되게 형성되는 몸체부;와
상기 몸체부에서 연장형성되어, 상기 제1 및 제n 배터리 셀의 측면을 감싸는 날개부를 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제2 접착부재의 몸체부는 상기 제1 및 제n 배터리 셀의 테두리부를 따라 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 복수 개의 배터리 셀의 양측면과 제1 및 제2 측면플레이트 사이에는 각각 제1 탄성부재가 구비되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 측면플레이트의 내측에는 각각 일정깊이 들어간 홈부가 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제1 탄성부재는 상기 홈부와 대응되는 형상으로 형성되어 상기 홈부에 삽입되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 탑플레이트의 상부에는 디게싱부가 더 구비되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 탑플레이트에는 상기 복수 개의 배터리 셀의 벤트부와 대응되는 영역에 제1 홀이 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 디게싱부에는 상기 제1 홀에 대응되는 위치에 제2 홀이 형성된 제2 탄성부재가 돌출형성되고, 상기 제2 탄성부재는 제1 홀에 삽입되어 체결되는 배터리 모듈.
