(1)前記基端側アーム及び前記先端側アームのそれぞれがヒンジを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吻合装置。
(2)前記各アームの中心に配置されたヒンジが、内側アームセグメント及び外側アームセグメントを画定し、パッドが前記各内側アームセグメントに外向きに配置されていることを特徴とする実施態様(1)に記載の吻合装置。
(3)吻合装置の製造方法であって、基端側部分、基端側アーム部分、中心部分、先端側アーム部分、及び先端側部分を有する概ね矩形の基材を形成するステップと、前記基端側アーム部分及び前記先端側アーム部分の両方に長手方向に整合した複数の分離空間を形成するステップと、反対側の横方向の端部を連結して概ね円筒形状にするステップとを含むことを特徴とする製造方法。
(4)概ね矩形の基材を形成する前記ステップが更に、生体砕屑化材料(biofragmentable material)から形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(3)に記載の製造方法。
(5)更に、前記基材に放射線不透過性材料を付加するステップを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(3)に記載の製造方法。
(7)反対側の横方向の端部を連結する前記ステップが融着するステップを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(3)に記載の製造方法。
(8)更に、前記基端側アーム部分及び前記先端側アーム部分の両方に横方向に整合したヒンジ部分を形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(3)に記載の製造方法。
(9)前記各アーム部分の前記ヒンジ部分が、長手方向に短い内側アームセグメントと長手方向に長い外側アームセグメントを画定し、更に、作動した時に前記中心部分が拡張できるように、前記基端側アーム部分及び前記先端側アーム部分の両方の前記分離空間に連通した分離空間を前記中心部分に形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(8)に記載の製造方法。
(10)吻合リング装置であって、第1の内腔に係合するための基端側アーム手段と、第2の内腔に係合するための先端側アーム手段と、吻合を行うために前記基端側アーム手段及び前記先端側アーム手段を作動した状態に維持するためのラッチ手段とを含むことを特徴とする吻合リング装置。

Claims (10)
- 吻合リング装置であって、
基端側リングと、
先端側リングと、
それぞれ一端が前記基端側リングに結合され、他端が先端側に延びた複数の基端側アームと、
それぞれ一端が前記先端側リングに結合され、他端が基端側に延びた複数の先端側アームと、
前記各先端側アームの前記基端部と前記基端側アームの前記先端部を結合している中心部分と、
前記基端側リング、前記先端側リング、及び前記中心部分からなる群から選択された2つの長手方向の距離が短縮した点で固定するように機能的に構成されたラッチ機構とを含み、
前記吻合装置が、作動していない時は円筒状であり、作動してリベット形状になると前記基端側アーム及び前記先端側アームのそれぞれが外向きに延びることを特徴とする吻合リング装置。 - 前記中心部分が、前記基端側リングと前記先端側リングとの間に整合して配置された中間リングを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の吻合装置。
- 前記基端側アームが前記先端側アームに径方向に整合していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の吻合装置。
- 前記基端側アームが前記先端側アームに互い違いに配置され、並置組織の蛇行経路が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の吻合装置。
- 更に、放射線不透過性標的材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の吻合装置。
- 前記吻合装置がポリマー材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の吻合装置。
- 前記吻合装置が生体砕屑化材料(biofragmentable material)から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の吻合装置。
- 前記吻合装置が、マンドレルに円筒状に形成され長手方向の反対側の端部同士が互いに結合されたシート材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の吻合装置。
- 前記ラッチ機構が、内面に配置された少なくとも1つのフックを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の吻合装置。
- 前記ラッチ機構が、前記リング間に形成される締まり嵌めを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の吻合装置。
