Description
Claims (5)
- 第1の部材に支持された第1の摩擦板と第2の部材に支持された第2の摩擦板とを軸方向に押圧して摩擦係合させる第1の摩擦係合装置と、
前記第1の摩擦係合装置に軸方向に隣接する位置に設けられた第2の摩擦係合装置と、
前記第1と第2の摩擦係合装置の間に位置し、前記第1の部材の内周面に設けられた溝部に嵌合され、前記第1の摩擦係合装置の軸方向の移動を制限するスナップリングと、
前記スナップリングに対して前記第2の摩擦係合装置側に設けられ、前記第1と第2の摩擦係合装置が並ぶ方向に対して直角な方向に延びる面に関して非対称な形状を有し、前記スナップリングの前記溝部からの抜けを抑制するリング状の抜け止め部材とを備え、
前記抜け止め部材は、前記スナップリングの内周面上に位置する係止面と、前記第2の摩擦係合装置側に位置する軸方向端面とを有し、
前記軸方向端面は、外周側から内周側に向かうにつれて前記第2の摩擦係合装置から離れるテーパ状の第1部分と、前記第1と第2の摩擦係合装置が並ぶ方向に対して直角な方向に延びる第2部分とを含む、摩擦係合装置の支持構造。 - 前記抜け止め部材は、前記第1の摩擦係合装置側に位置する他の軸方向端面を有し、
前記他の軸方向端面は、外周側から内周側に向かうにつれて前記第1の摩擦係合装置から離れるテーパ面を含む、請求項1に記載の摩擦係合装置の支持構造。 - 前記抜け止め部材が最も前記第2の摩擦係合装置側に移動した際にも、前記係止面と前記スナップリングの内周面とが係り合う、請求項1または請求項2に記載の摩擦係合装置の支持構造。
- 前記スナップリングの内周面と前記係止面とが接触するまで前記スナップリングが変形した際にも、前記溝部と前記スナップリングとが係り合う、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の摩擦係合装置の支持構造。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の摩擦係合装置の支持構造を含む、自動変速機。
