Description
本発明の複合板(C)を図2に示す製造方法により製造した。すなわち、転写フィルム(A)、金属樹脂複合板(B)の構成要素である2枚の基材金属板(D)、および、金属樹脂複合板(B)の樹脂層(7)を構成する樹脂シートを準備した後、1枚の基材金属板(D)の有機系塗膜(4)の表面に転写フィルム(A)をその保護接着層(3)が接する様に配置し、加熱加圧して光触媒積層基材金属板(E)を作製し、次いで、光触媒積層基材金属板(E)に樹脂層(7)として樹脂シートを積層し、更に、樹脂層(7)に他の1枚の基材金属板(D)を積層した後、転写フィルム(A)の剥離性フィルム(1)を剥離することにより、複合板(C)を製造した。
保護接着層用塗布液として、ジルコニウム酸化物(ジルコニア)のみを含むコーティング液を使用した点を除き、実施例と同様の方法で複合板を製造した。そして、斯かる複合板を観察したところ、保護接着層(3)の成膜性が不充分であり、光触媒層(2)と有機系塗膜(4)の十分な密着性能が得られなかった。その結果、表1に示す様に、転写フィルム(A)から基材金属板(D)へ光触媒層(2)を転写することが出来ず、水に対する接触角の測定および屋外暴露試験では、有機系塗膜と同様の性能しか得ることが出来なかった。

Claims (3)
- 金属層/接着剤層/樹脂層/接着剤層/金属層の層構成を有する金属樹脂複合板の少なくとも一方の金属層の表面に有機系塗膜が設けられ、かつ、当該有機系塗膜の表面に保護接着層を介して光触媒層が形成されて成る複合板の製造方法であって、剥離性フィルムの表面に光触媒層を介して保護接着層が設けられた転写フィルム、金属樹脂複合板の接着剤層/金属層をそれぞれに構成する2枚の基材金属板で且つ少なくとも一方の金属層の表面に有機系塗膜が設けられた基材金属板、ならびに、金属樹脂複合板の樹脂層を構成する樹脂シートを使用すると共に、前記転写フィルムとして、ジルコニウムアルコキシドをアルコール系溶媒中に混合して成る第1の液(A)に対し、水及び沈殿生成抑制剤である酸またはアルカリをアルコール系溶媒中に混合して成る第2の液(B)を滴下することにより調製され、アルコール系溶媒中にジルコニウム酸化物を主成分として含み且つ水酸化ジルコニウム、ジルコニウムアルコキシドを含むコーティング液を光触媒層の表面に塗布して保護接着層が形成された転写フィルムを使用し、一方の基材金属板の有機系塗膜の表面に前記転写フィルムをその保護接着層が接する様に配置し、50〜150℃、10〜100kg/cmの条件で加熱加圧することにより、光触媒積層基材金属板を作製した後、当該光触媒積層基材金属板の接着剤層の表面に前記樹脂シートを樹脂層として積層し且つ当該樹脂層の表面に他方の基材金属板をその接着剤層が接する様に積層し、次いで、前記転写フィルムの剥離性フィルムを剥離することを特徴とする光触媒機能を有する複合板の製造方法。
- 光触媒層が、酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛、チタン酸バリウム、チタン酸ストロンチウム、酸化タングステン、酸化マンガン及び酸化ルテニウムから成る群より選ばれた光触媒の微粒子から成る請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 転写フィルムの光触媒層の表面にコーティング液を塗布するに当たり、コーティング液として、ジルコニウム−n−プロポキシド、ジルコニウムテトラメトキシド、ジルコニウムエトキシド、ジルコニウムイソプロポキシド及びジルコニウムブトキシドの群から選ばれたジルコニウムアルコキシドをアルコール系溶剤中に1〜30wt%混合して成る第1の液(A液)に対し、水を0.01〜10wt%及び沈殿生成抑制剤である酸またはアルカリを0.01〜10wt%アルコール系溶剤中に混合して成る第2の液(B液)を滴下することにより調製されたコーティング液を使用する請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
