Description
検査位置において瓶を支持するコンベアと、
検査位置において瓶を検査する検査システムであって、
瓶の一方側に撮像面を有するカメラと、
瓶の他方側に複数の水平LED列を有し、カメラに向けて光を発するLEDマトリクスと、
LEDの垂直列に対して強度の最大値及び最小値を有する垂直周期的強度パターンを規定し、検査対象の瓶の頂部に対向する垂直列中のLEDの強度を、周期的強度パターンの最大値に設定するプロセッサと
を含む検査システムと
を備えていることを特徴としている。

Claims (2)
- 瓶検査装置であって、
検査位置において瓶を支持するコンベアと、
検査位置において瓶を検査する検査システムであって、
瓶の一方側に撮像面を有するカメラと、
瓶の他方側に複数の水平LED列を有し、カメラに向けて光を発するLEDマトリクスと、
LEDマトリクスのLEDの垂直列に対して発光強度の最大値及び最小値を有する垂直周期的強度パターンを規定するプロセッサであって、瓶の頂部を特定するLEDを決定し、該決定されたLEDの発光強度を垂直周期的強度パターンの最大値に設定するプロセッサと
を含む検査システムと
を備えていることを特徴とする瓶検査装置。 - 請求項1記載の瓶検査装置において、垂直周期的強度パターンが三角形状パターンであることを特徴とする瓶検査装置。
