Claims (3)
- 導電性ロール基材の表面に、ガラス繊維入り不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、耐熱性ポリイミド樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂、あるいはフッ素樹脂で絶縁性下地層を被覆した後、その上にエポキシ樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂あるいはエチルシリケート樹脂の絶縁性樹脂にプラスチック粉末あるいはセラミックス粉末を重量割合で前記絶縁性樹脂100質量%に対し、20〜60質量%を混合し、前記絶縁性下地層上に厚さ0.02〜0.1mmにコーティングして絶縁性で且つRzで20μm〜60μmの粗度の凹凸表面を有する下地層を形成し、
この下地層の上に高耐摩耗性の金属酸化物セラミックス溶射層を0.1mm〜1mmの厚みに形成後、このセラミックス溶射層の内部および外表面に絶縁性樹脂による封孔層を設け、さらに、この表面をRa0.1〜2.0μmに研磨したコロナ放電処理用ロール。 - セラミックス溶射層が、高耐摩耗性のAl2O3、TiO2、MgOあるいはZr2O2・SiO 2 の金属酸化物を単独または混合した材料からなる請求項1に記載のコロナ放電処理用セラミックスロール。
- 前記高耐摩耗性の金属酸化物セラミックス溶射層の表面及び内部の気孔を浸透、被覆して封孔処理するための樹脂が、エポキシ樹脂、シリコーン樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、エチルシリケート、耐熱性ポリイミドのうちのいずれか1種の絶縁性樹脂である請求項1に記載のコロナ放電処理用セラミックスロール。
