Description
Claims (1)
- 水晶振動子に分割コンデンサを接続してなる共振回路と、
前記水晶振動子と分割コンデンサの接続点にベースを、前記分割コンデンサの接続点にエミッタを接続した発振用トランジスタと、
前記分割コンデンサと前記エミッタの接続点に接続してアース接地された負荷抵抗とを備え、
前記分割コンデンサの接続点と、前記エミッタと前記負荷抵抗の接続点との間に水晶共振子を接続してなる水晶発振器において、
前記水晶振動子と前記水晶共振子とのいずれにも温度補償機構が設けられるとともに、
前記温度補償機構は前記共振回路内となる水晶振動子とアース間との間にあって前記水晶振動子側をカソードとした第1電圧可変容量素子と、
前記水晶共振子と分割コンデンサの接続点との間にあってカソードを前記分割コンデンサの接続点に接続した第2電圧可変容量素子と、
前記第1及び第2電圧可変容量素子のカソードに共通とした補償電圧を印加する補償電圧発生回路とからなることを特徴とする水晶発振器。
