Claims (5)
- 断熱箱体内に構成された貯蔵室の下方に機械室を構成して成る冷却貯蔵庫において、
冷却箱内に構成された冷却室内に収納された冷却器及び送風機と、圧縮機と、凝縮器等を取付台上に設けて一体化した冷却ユニットと、
前記機械室の天井となる前記断熱箱体の底壁に形成され、前記貯蔵室内と機械室内とを連通する冷気吐出口及び冷気吸込口と、
前記機械室内において、前記冷却室の吐出側及び吸込側が前記冷気吐出口及び冷気吸込口の下側にそれぞれ対応するよう前記冷却ユニットを位置決めする位置決め手段と、
前記冷却ユニットを前記機械室内に挿入する方向に対する前記取付台の両側下面、又は、奥側と手前側下面に当接して当該冷却ユニットを前記断熱箱体の底壁方向に押し上げる押上手段とを備え、
該押上手段は、前記冷却ユニットの両側に対応する位置の前記機械室内に手前側から奥側に渡ってそれぞれ設けられた回動自在の押上部材と、該押上部材の手前側に設けられて当該押上部材を回動させる操作アームとを備え、
該操作アームを起立した状態から前記取付台方向に倒すことで、前記押上部材は前記取付台を押し上げる方向に回動すると共に、
前記冷却ユニットの両側に対応する前記押上部材を相互に連動させるリンク手段を設けたことを特徴とする冷却貯蔵庫。 - 前記操作アームを倒した状態で、当該操作アームを前記取付台に固定可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1の冷却貯蔵庫。
- 断熱箱体内に構成された貯蔵室の下方に機械室を構成して成る冷却貯蔵庫において、
冷却箱内に構成された冷却室内に収納された冷却器及び送風機と、圧縮機と、凝縮器等を取付台上に設けて一体化した冷却ユニットと、
前記機械室の天井となる前記断熱箱体の底壁に形成され、前記貯蔵室内と機械室内とを連通する冷気吐出口及び冷気吸込口と、
前記機械室内において、前記冷却室の吐出側及び吸込側が前記冷気吐出口及び冷気吸込口の下側にそれぞれ対応するよう前記冷却ユニットを位置決めする位置決め手段と、
前記冷却ユニットを前記機械室内に挿入する方向に対する前記取付台の両側下面、又は、奥側と手前側下面に当接して当該冷却ユニットを前記断熱箱体の底壁方向に押し上げる押上手段とを備え、
該押上手段は、前記冷却ユニットの両側に対応する位置の前記機械室内に手前側から奥側に渡ってそれぞれ設けられた回動自在の押上部材と、該押上部材の手前側に設けられて当該押上部材を回動させる操作アームとを備え、
該操作アームが倒れた状態から前記冷却ユニットの手前側に起立させることで、前記押上部材は前記取付台を押し上げる方向に回動すると共に、
前記冷却ユニットの両側に対応する前記押上部材を相互に連動させるリンク手段を設けたことを特徴とする冷却貯蔵庫。 - 前記操作アームの先端部には手前側に突出するハンドル部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2又は請求項3の冷却貯蔵庫。
- 断熱箱体内に構成された貯蔵室の下方に機械室を構成して成る冷却貯蔵庫において、
冷却箱内に構成された冷却室内に収納された冷却器及び送風機と、圧縮機と、凝縮器等を取付台上に設けて一体化した冷却ユニットと、
前記機械室の天井となる前記断熱箱体の底壁に形成され、前記貯蔵室内と機械室内とを連通する冷気吐出口及び冷気吸込口と、
前記機械室内において、前記冷却室の吐出側及び吸込側が前記冷気吐出口及び冷気吸込口の下側にそれぞれ対応するよう前記冷却ユニットを位置決めする位置決め手段と、
前記冷却ユニットを前記機械室内に挿入する方向に対する前記取付台の両側下面、又は、奥側と手前側下面に当接して当該冷却ユニットを前記断熱箱体の底壁方向に押し上げる押上手段とを備え、
該押上手段は、前記冷却ユニットの奥側に対応する位置の前記機械室内に設けられた回動自在の奥側押上部材と、前記冷却ユニットの手前側に対応する位置の前記機械室内に設けられた回動自在の手前側押上部材とから成り、
前記冷却ユニットを前記機械室内に挿入することで、前記奥側押上部材は前記取付台に当接し、当該取付台を押し上げる方向に回動されると共に、
前記手前側押上部材は、手前側から奥側に回動させることで、前記取付台を押し上げることを特徴とする冷却貯蔵庫。
