Claims (5)
- ガスタービン静翼の翼部き裂長さの総和が翼弦長の長さ以上になった場合に、き裂が発生している翼表面の酸化層は削るが、き裂は一部残存させた形で完全に削ることはしない状態で削り、この削り部内に前記静翼の基材と同等材からなる基材同等材と、この基材同等材よりも低融点のロウ材とを充填し、不活性ガスによる加圧下での熱処理により、前記ロウ材を溶融させて前記き裂部位を上から全体を覆うようにしてき裂を完全に拡散ロウ付けにて補修することを特徴とするガスタービン静翼の再生処理方法。
- 前記静翼の表面酸化層を除去した後の補修として、前記ロウ材と前記基材同等材との混合材料を使用した不活性ガス中の加圧下でロウ付けを行い、その後溶体化と時効熱処理とを施す請求項1記載のガスタービン静翼の再生処理方法。
- 前記加圧処理の条件は95MPa以上、200MPa以下とし、前記熱処理の温度条件は基材が局所溶解を生じる温度または共晶の炭化物で形成されるセル構造が崩壊する温度以下とする請求項2記載のガスタービン静翼の再生処理方法。
- 前記熱処理の温度は1100℃以上、1300℃以下とする請求項3記載のガスタービン静翼の再生処理方法。
- 前記静翼基材同等材と前記ロウ材とは、粉末の混合層として充填し、前記静翼の表層側と基材側の一層で前記ロウ材の割合が大きく、かつこれらの中間層で前記基材同等材の割合を大きくした三層構造とし、または前記中間層の割合まで段階的に、もしくは傾斜的に変化させ、前記中間層から最外層または基材側層に向って前記ロウ材の割合が大きくなるようにする請求項1記載のガスタービン静翼の再生処理方法。
