Claims (3)
- 貯液槽(2)と、該貯液槽(2)内に配設されたフロート(12)と、その吸液口(6)が前記貯液槽(2)内に開口するとともに吸液作用源(7)と連結された吸液ノズル(5)と、前記貯液槽(2)内の液面高さの上昇に伴う前記フロート(12)の上方変位に伴って前記吸液口(6)を開放するとともに前記貯液槽(2)内の液面高さの下降に伴う前記フロート(12)の下方変位に伴って前記吸液口(6)を閉塞するように前記フロート(12)と作動上連係された吸液口開閉弁(11)と、前記貯液槽(2)内の液面より高い位置に内端部(22a)が開口するように配設された液体導入筒(22)と、前記貯液槽(2)内に配設され、前記液体導入筒(22)から流出する液体(W)を貯留して所定量毎に自動的に供給する液体定量供給手段(17)と、を備え、該液体定量供給手段(17)は、前記フロート(12)の側方であって、前記液体定量供給手段(17)のいずれの部分も前記貯液槽(2)内の液体(W)に触れることのない高さ位置に配設されている、自動排液装置。
- 前記液体定量供給手段(17)は、前記液体(W)を貯留する受液時姿勢(P1)と貯留液体(W)を前記貯液槽(2)内へと放出する放液時姿勢(P2)とに姿勢変更自在であって、前記受液時姿勢(P1)における液体貯留量が所定量に達することにより重量バランスが変化して前記受液時姿勢(P1)から前記放液時姿勢(P2)へと姿勢変更するとともに、前記放液時姿勢(P2)で前記貯留液体(W)を放出することにより重量バランスが変化して前記放液時姿勢(P2)から前記受液時姿勢(P1)へと復帰する貯液容器(18)を備えている、請求項1に記載の自動排液装置。
- 前記貯液容器(18)は、一端部(18a)に液体出入口(21)を有するとともに他端部(18b)が閉じられてそれら両端部(18a,18b)が液体貯留量の変化に起因して上下に揺動し得るように揺動自在に支持された筒体(18)である、請求項2に記載の自動排液装置。
