Claims (21)
- 駆動源に連結可能な入力軸と、負荷に連結可能な出力軸と、少なくとも3個の回転体を具えた遊星歯車列と、少なくとも1個の変速機とを有しており、第1の回転体は第1のノードを介して前記入力軸に連結されており、第2の回転体は第2のノードを介して前記出力軸に連結されており、第3の回転体は第3のノードを介してトルクをバランスさせる反応手段に連結され或いは連結可能であり、前記変速機が伝達比を変えるのに必要な少なくとも1個の同期噛合い体および/または噛合いクラッチを有しており、該変速機はさらに入力軸と出力軸とを有していて伝達比が少なくとも2個の値を有することが可能であり、該変速機は前記遊星歯車列と並列に配置されており、該変速機の前記入力軸と前記出力軸とは3個の前記ノードのうちの2個に連結されており、前記反応手段がブレーキを有しており、該ブレーキが動力を消散させることのできる摩擦要素を有していることを特徴とする伝動システム。
- 前記反応手段が慣性要素および/または慣性を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝動システム。
- モーターが、ノード、前記反応手段、当該伝動システムの前記入力軸または前記出力軸、前記回転体のいずれか、または前記変速機に連結され或いは連結可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の伝動システム。
- さらに発車クラッチが設けられていて、該発車クラッチは、当該伝動システムの前記入力軸と前記出力軸を連結・切離しすることができることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかひとつに記載の伝動システム。
- さらに錠止クラッチが設けられていて、該錠止クラッチは、3個の前記回転体のうちの2個の間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかひとつに記載の伝動システム。
- 前記錠止クラッチは、前記発車クラッチにより構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4および5に記載の伝動システム。
- さらに前記変速機用の切離し器が設けられていて、該切離し器は、当該伝動システムの入力軸から前記変速機を切離しできるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかひとつに記載の伝動システム。
- 前記切離し器は、前記発車クラッチにより構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4および7に記載の伝動システム。
- 前記切離し器は、前記変速機を当該伝動システムの入力軸に連結された前記ノードに連結することができ、前記ノードと前記変速機の出力軸に連結された他のノードとの間の連結を切り換えることができ、或いは、前記ノードをいずれにも連結しないようにできることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の伝動システム。
- 当該伝動システムの前記入力軸または前記出力軸とそれに連結された前記回転体であり且つ他の2個の前記回転体のいずれかに連結された前記回転体との間に配置された少なくとも1個の切換えクラッチをさらに有し、
前記切換えクラッチは、前記反応手段、または当該伝動システムの前記入力軸若しくは前記出力軸のいずれかを前記2個の回転体のいずれかに連結可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかひとつに記載の伝動システム。 - 前記遊星歯車列は、第4の回転体を有しており、該第4の回転体は、前記反応手段、当該伝動システムの前記入力軸若しくは前記出力軸、追加的なブレーキ、前記回転体の他のひとつ、または前記ノードのひとつに連結され或いは連結可能であり、或いは、既存のブレーキが前記第3または前記第4の回転体に連結可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかひとつに記載の伝動システム。
- 前記慣性要素のための切離し器が設けられていて、該切離し器は、前記慣性要素と前記第3の回転体との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2と3〜11のいずれかひとつとに記載の伝動システム。
- 前記慣性要素のためのさらなる切離し器が設けられていて、該切離し器は、前記慣性要素と前記第1の回転体との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の伝動システム。
- さらに少なくとも1個のねじりバネが設けられていて、該少なくとも1個のねじりバネは、前記反応手段、当該伝動システムの前記入力軸若しくは前記出力軸、前記変速機、または前記遊星歯車列とノードとの間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかひとつに記載の伝動システム。
- 前記変速機は、少なくとも1個の減速器を有しており、該減速器は、前記反応手段、当該伝動システムの前記入力軸若しくは前記出力軸、前記変速機、前記遊星歯車列とノードとの間に配置されており、或いは、前記変速機と前記反応手段、当該伝動システムの前記入力軸若しくは前記出力軸、前記遊星歯車列との間に配置されており、或いは、前記反応手段と当該伝動システムの前記入力軸または前記出力軸との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかひとつに記載の伝動システム。
- さらに前記減速器のための少なくとも1個の切離し器が設けられていて、該切離し器は、前記減速器と前記減速器に連結された当該伝動システムのいずれかの部分との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の伝動システム。
- 少なくとも1個のさらなるクラッチが設けられていて、該クラッチは、当該伝動システムの2個の部分間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3と4〜16のいずれかひとつとに記載の伝動システム。
- 前記変速機の前記入力軸および/または前記出力軸は、2個以上の副軸に分割されており、該副軸は、1以上の伝動クラッチにより相互連結可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれかひとつに記載の伝動システム。
- 前記変速機は、前記遊星歯車列と並列に配置されており、クラッチが前記変速機と当該伝動システムの前記入力軸との間にさらに配置され、前記遊星歯車列および前記反応手段は、当該伝動システムの一部である補助伝動システムの部分をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれかひとつに記載の伝動システム。
- 請求項19に記載の伝動システムで適用される補助伝動システムであり、
反応手段と、
3個の回転体を具えた遊星歯車列であり、第3の回転体が前記反応手段に連結されている遊星歯車列と、を有し、
前記反応手段は、ブレーキを有しており、
該ブレーキは、動力を消散できる摩擦要素を有しており、
当該補助伝動システムは、前記遊星歯車列の第1の回転体に連結された第1の連結手段であり、前記第1の回転体を前記伝動システムの入力軸または前記変速機の入力軸に連結する第1の連結手段と、前記遊星歯車列の第2の回転体に連結された第2の連結手段であり、前記第2の回転体を前記伝動システムの出力軸または前記変速機の出力軸に連結する第2の連結手段とを有する、
ことを特徴とする補助伝動システム。 - 請求項5、6、7、8または9の前記伝動システムを介して駆動源から負荷に伝動される動力を増加させる方法であって、より多くの動力が要求される場合には前記錠止クラッチおよび/または前記切離し器が開くことを特徴とする方法。
