Description
24.6gのナノ結晶性かつナノ多孔性のTiO2(P25(アナタース構造)、ドイツ、フランクフルト・アム・マインのDegussa−Huels AGから販売)は、170gの脱イオン水中で40℃の温度で数分間超音波に曝すことにより分散された。次に、分散物のpHの値を水酸化カリウムの溶液(1%)の添加により4.50に調節した。超音波にさらに曝した後、全重量を脱イオン水により200gに調節した。この方法で製造したP25の分散物は、12.3重量%のTiO2を含んだ。
65.04gのこの分散物を40℃の温度で7.2gの脱イオン水と混合した。次に、4.27gのポリエチレングリコールの溶液(7.5%、分子量100000、スイス、BuchsのFluka Chemie AGから販売)を添加し、混合物の合計重量を脱イオン水により80gに調節し、溶液を数分間超音波に曝した。
100g/m2のこの被覆溶液を、その表面上に薄い銅フォイルを接着した薄い透明なポリエチレンテレフタレート支持体上にバーコーターにより40℃の温度で被覆した。次に、被覆された支持体を30℃の温度で60分間乾燥した。1m2の被覆支持体は、10gのTiO2及び0.4gのポリエチレングリコールを含む。
100.0gのカソード粉末SP30(ドイツ、ダルムシュテットのMerckから販売)をエタノールに分散し、次に3時間ボールミルで粉砕した。粉砕した粉末を40℃の温度で乾燥し、20.0gのこのナノ結晶性かつナノ多孔性のLiMn2O4を、数分間超音波に曝すことにより65.8gの脱イオン水に分散した。
10.67gのポリエチレングリコールの溶液(7.5%、分子量100000)を40℃の温度で65.8gのこの分散物に添加し、混合物の全重量を脱イオン水で100gに調節し、そして混合物を数分間超音波に曝した。
24g/m2のこの被覆溶液を、その表面にインジウム錫オキシドの薄い蒸発された層を有する薄い透明なポリエチレンテレフタレート支持体上にバーコーターにより40℃の温度で被覆した。次に、被覆された支持体を30℃の温度で60分間乾燥した。1m2の被覆された支持体は、4.8gのLiMn2O4及び0.2gのポリエチレングリコールを含む。
LiMn2O4をポリエチレングリコール(分子量25000)及び水と混合した。得られたペーストを伝導性酸化錫で被覆したガラスプレート上にデポジットし、400℃の温度で空気の存在下20分間加熱した。有機結合剤を破壊し、そしてこの処理により被覆された層から除いた。
45g/m2の実施例1に被覆溶液を、薄い銅フォイルをその表面に接着した薄い透明なポリエチレンテレフタレート支持体上にバーコーターにより40℃の温度で被覆した。次に、被覆された支持体を30℃の温度で60分間乾燥した。1m2の被覆された支持体は、4.5gのTiO2及び0.18gのポリエチレングリコールを含む。
上層のための被覆溶液の製造
14.5gの酸化アルミニウムC(Al2O3の含量96.6%、ドイツ、フランクフルト・アム・マインのDegussa−Huels AGから販売)を、62.9gの脱イオン水及び0.2gの乳酸水溶液(90%)中で25℃の温度で充分に機械的に撹拌しつつ分散した。撹拌60分後、15.47gのポリビニルアルコールの水溶液(7.5%、加水分解度98−99%、分子量85000−146000、スイスのBuchsのALDRICH Chemieから販売)を添加し、被覆溶液を超音波に曝し、重量の合計を脱イオン水により100gに調節した。
40g/m2のこの被覆溶液を、架橋剤としてのほう酸の添加後、実施例3の被覆された支持体上にバーコーターにより40℃の温度で被覆した。次に、2層で被覆された支持体を30℃の温度で60分間乾燥した。1m2の被覆された支持体は、4.5gのTiO2、0.18gのポリエチレングリコール、6.04gのAl2O3及び0.76gのポリビニルアルコールを含む。
Claims (7)
- プラスチック支持体の上に被覆した結晶性かつ多孔性の金属酸化物、遷移金属カルコゲニドまたはそれらのリチウム包接錯体及びフィルム形成性で非伝導性の水溶性ポリマーからなる結合剤を含む少なくとも1つの電気的に活性な層及び所望によりその上に被覆した補助的な電気的に不活性な層をもつと共に、該プラスチック支持体がポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムからなり、該結晶性かつ多孔性の金属酸化物、遷移金属カルコゲニドまたはそれらのリチウム包接錯体が一次粒子サイズ10−500nmのアナタース構造を有する二酸化チタンまたはLiMn 2 O 4 からなり、該フィルム形成性で非伝導性の水溶性ポリマーがポリビニルアルコール、ポリエチレンオキシドまたはポリエチレングリコールからなることを特徴とする電気的に活性なフィルム。
- 電気的に活性な層が、該結晶性かつ多孔性の金属酸化物、遷移金属カルコゲニドまたはそれらのリチウム包接錯体の合計量に対して0.5−20%の量で該結合剤を含む請求項1の電気的に活性なフィルム。
- 該結合剤が架橋されている請求項1または2の電気的に活性なフィルム。
- 該ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムが、インジウム錫オキシドまたは銅より被覆されている請求項1−3の何れか1つの項の電気的に活性なフィルム。
- 該電気的に不活性な層が必須の層として存在し且つ、ポリビニルアルコール及びγ−Al2O3からなる請求項1−4の何れか1つの項の電気的に活性なフィルム。
- 該電気的に非活性な層がほう酸またはほう酸塩により架橋されている請求項5の電気的に活性なフィルム。
- 該結晶性かつ多孔性の金属酸化物、遷移金属カルコゲニドまたはそれらのリチウム包接錯体の液体懸濁物またはコロイド状分散物を、5−60℃の温度で該フィルム形成性で非伝導性の水溶性ポリマーからなる結合剤とともに該プラスチック支持体上に被覆し、そして被覆された支持体を次に60℃以下の温度で空気乾燥すると共に、全製造工程中電気的に活性なフィルムを60℃より高温にて曝さないことを特徴とする請求項1−6の何れか1つの項の電気的に活性なフィルムを製造する方法。
