Description
aの状態であり、受信回路がONであることから図7に示すフォトダイオード20により送信側からのIrDAデータ信号を受信し、IrDAデータ信号を受信信号処理部40を通過させることにより、受信したIrDAデータ信号に含まれるノイズを取り除き波形整形をした後、駆動素子21のパッド8と、駆動素子21のパッド8に接続されているリモコン送信機能付IrDAモジュール1のRXD端子26を経て、図5のIrDAコントローラ2を介し携帯電話のCPU4にその信号を伝える。
Claims (4)
- 発光素子と受光素子と、前記発光素子及び前記受光素子を駆動する駆動素子とを有し、前記発光素子及び前記受光素子を介して外部とデータの送受信を行う受発光電子部品において、外部とのデータの送受信を行うために前記駆動素子を制御するデータ信号制御素子からのデータ信号が入力されるデータ信号入力端子と、外部電子機器を遠隔操作するために前記駆動素子を制御するリモコン信号制御素子からのリモコン信号が入力されるリモコン信号入力端子と、データの送受信を行うのに適した電流を前記発光素子にドライブするための第1の電流発生手段と、リモコン信号の送信を行うのに適した電流を前記発光素子にドライブするための第2の電流発生手段と、前記データ信号入力端子および前記リモコン信号入力端子への信号状態の組み合わせに応じて前記第1及び第2の電流発生手段を選択的に切り替える手段とを有していることを特徴とする受発光電子部品。
- 前記受光素子からの信号を処理する受信回路と、前記受信回路のオンオフを制御するための制御信号を入力する制御端子を有し、前記第1及び第2の電流発生手段を選択的に切り替える手段は、前記制御信号が前記受信回路をオフとする信号状態であった場合に、強制的に前記第2の電流発生手段を選択することを特徴とする請求項1記載の受発光電子部品。
- 発光素子がLED、受光素子がフォトダイオードである請求項1又は2に記載の受発光電子部品。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の受発光電子部品を搭載した携帯端末。
