Claims (4)
- 縦寸法が500mm以上、横寸法が600mm以上、厚みが0.7mm以下であり、重量%で、SiO2 50〜68%、Al2O3 14〜25%、B2O3 3〜15%、MgO 0〜10%、CaO 0〜10%、SrO 0〜10%、BaO 0〜10%、ZnO 0〜5%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO+ZnO 5〜20%、ZrO2 0〜5%、TiO2 0〜5%、Y2O3 2〜5%の組成を有し、Al2O3、MgO、ZrO2、TiO2、Y2O3を合量で16重量%以上含有し、密度が2.6g・cm−3以下、ヤング率/密度が29GPa/g・cm−3以上であることを特徴とする無アルカリガラス基板。
- 重量%で、SiO2 50〜68%、Al2O3 14〜18.5%、B2O3 7.5〜15%、MgO 0〜5%、CaO 0〜10%、SrO 0〜2%、BaO 0〜7%、ZnO 0〜0.5%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO+ZnO 5〜20%、ZrO2 0〜1%、TiO2 0〜5%、Y2O3 2〜5%の組成を有し、Al2O3、MgO、ZrO2、TiO2、Y2O3を合量で16重量%以上含有し、密度が2.51g・cm−3以下、ヤング率/密度が30.2GPa/g・cm−3以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の無アルカリガラス基板。
- Al2O3、MgO、ZrO2、TiO2、Y2O3を合量で18重量%以上含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の無アルカリガラス基板。
- ディスプレイ基板として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の無アルカリガラス基板。
