て、プロセス中のエネルギー産出量は、本発明に係る遠心機によって、非常に有効に増加
される。
Claims (14)
- 周辺バンド(7)を有し、この周辺バンドの重ねられた複数の環状区域(ZA)にオリフィス(14)が穿孔されている、遠心機(1)において、互いに重ねられた少なくとも2つの環状区域(ZA1、ZA2)を具備し、その各環状区域における単位表面面積あたりのオリフィスの数(NS1、NS2)は、5%より多いかこれと等しい分だけ異なり、単位表面面積あたりに最も多数のオリフィスを有する環状区域は、単位表面面積あたりにより少ない平均的な数のオリフィスを有する他の環状区域の下に配置されることを特徴とする遠心機。
- 単位表面面積あたりのオリフィスの数(NS1、NS2)は、10%より多いかこれと等しい、更には20%より多いかこれと等しい分だけ異なることを特徴とする請求項1の遠心機。
- 前記各環状区域のオリフィス(14)は、オリフィス(d)の直径が各環状区域内で実質的に一定となり、遠心分離位置にある遠心機の周辺バンド(7)の上部から底部へと1つの環状区域から他の環状区域に向かって減少するように、列をなすように集められていることを特徴とする請求項1もしくは請求項2のいずれか1の遠心機。
- 前記列は、1つの列から次の列まで1乃至2mmの間のピッチを有して、1mm乃至2mmの間互いに離間されていることを特徴とする請求項3の遠心機。
- 前記遠心機(1)のオリフィス(14)の少なくとも一部の直径(d)は、0.9乃至0.7mmの間であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1の遠心機。
- 前記環状区域(ZA)内で隣接し、最も近接したオリフィスの中心部間の距離(D)が、この環状区域全体にわたってほぼ一定であり、この距離(D)は、1つの区域から他の区域に向けて、少なくとも3%の比率で変化し、上部から底部に向けて短くなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1の遠心機。
- 前記距離(D)は、0.8乃至3mmの間であることを特徴とする請求項6の遠心機。
- 遠心機(1)は、800mmと同じかこれより小さい平均的な直径(DM)を与えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1の遠心機。
- 遠心機(1)は、底部を有さないことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1の遠心機。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1の遠心機を具備し、ミネラル繊維を内部遠心分離するための装置。
- 前記遠心機(1)は、溶融ガラスが内部に広がるバスケット(3)と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項10の装置。
- 環状バーナー(9)の形の高温ガスによる延伸ジェットを発生させる機構を少なくとも1つ具備することを特徴とする請求項10もしくは請求項11のいずれか1の装置。
- 前記環状バーナー(9)は、ガスによる延伸ジェットに遠心機の外側水平エッジに対して接線方向の成分を与える機構を有することを特徴とする請求項12の装置。
- (a)少なくとも1つのガラス材料を備え、
(b)そのガラス材料を溶融し、
(c)溶融ガラス材料を、請求項10乃至13のいずれか1に記載の装置の遠心機(1)に収容し、
(d)その溶融ガラス材料を遠心機(1)のオリフィス(14)より遠心方向に放射して、予備繊維(15)中へと延びる円錐状の流れ(8)を形成し、
(e)その予備繊維(15)は、繊維(10)を形成するために、バーナー(9)から放出され、遠心機(1)の外側に隣接している環状のガスの流れの中に発射される、
ことを備えたミネラル繊維を形成する方法。
