Description
Claims (13)
- A/C動作用の冷媒の圧縮式冷凍回路を備え、高圧領域、サクション領域、及び、前記圧縮式冷凍回路のスイッチがオフに切り換えられたときの固定空調動作用の接続された固定空調回路を有する、自動車用の空調装置において、少なくとも、
圧縮器と、
膨張弁と、
冷たさを環境に放出する冷却器としての蒸発器と、
蓄熱媒体を含む蓄熱器とを有し、
前記蓄熱器は固定空調動作中に冷たさ蓄積器及び凝縮器の働きをし、熱媒として存在する前記冷媒は、前記蓄熱器からの前記冷たさを前記固定空調回路内の前記蒸発器に移動させるために使用される、自動車用の空調装置であって、
前記蒸発器(5)及び前記蓄熱器(6)は、冷媒の流れに関して直列に接続され、断熱された冷媒収集器(7)が提供され、さらにA/C動作における前記蓄熱器(6)の冷たさのロード及び固定空調動作におけるそのアンロード中に前記冷媒が次の順で構成要素:蒸発器(5)、蓄熱器(6)及び冷媒収集器(7)を通って流れること、
固定空調動作において冷媒(11)が高圧領域から、前記蒸発器(5)と前記冷媒収集器(7)とを具備する動作区域に侵入するのを防止する逆止弁(9)が設けられること、および
前記蓄熱器(6)及び前記冷媒収集器(7)は互いに一体化されること
を特徴とする空調装置。 - 前記冷媒(11)は二酸化炭素(CO2)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空調装置。
- 前記冷媒(11)は、循環ポンプ(13)によって前記蓄熱器(6)から及び/又は前記冷媒収集器(7)から冷媒凝縮液管路(14)を経由して前記固定空調回路内の前記蒸発器(5)に送られることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空調装置。
- 前記固定空調回路内の前記冷媒(11)は、好ましくは切換弁(17)によって閉じることができる冷媒凝縮液管路(14)を経由して、サーモサイホン効果によって前記蓄熱器(6)から及び/又は前記冷媒収集器(7)から前記蒸発器(5)に送られ、前記蒸発器(5)は前記蓄熱器(6)及び/又は前記冷媒収集器(7)よりも測地的に低い位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空調装置。
- 前記冷媒収集器(7)は、前記蓄熱器(6)の下流及び前記循環ポンプ(13)及び/又は前記蒸発器(5)の上流に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空調装置。
- 前記冷媒収集器(7)及び/又は前記蓄熱器(6)及び/又は前記冷媒凝縮液管路(14)は断熱されていることを特徴とする請求項3、4または5に記載の空調装置。
- 前記冷媒凝縮液管路(14)の開口部(14’)は、固定空調動作中において常に液体冷媒(11)中にあることを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の空調装置。
- 前記循環ポンプ(13)及び/又は前記逆止弁(9)は、前記蓄熱器(6)及び前記冷媒収集器(7)に一体化されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空調装置。
- 前記蓄熱器(6)は前記冷媒収集器(7)を包囲することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の空調装置。
- 前記圧縮式冷凍回路が稼働しているときのA/C動作において、前記蓄熱器(6)、及び、特に冷たさのロードは、バイパス管路(16)を有する電気的又は熱力学的バイパス弁(15)によって迂回させることができることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の空調装置。
- 前記蓄熱器(6)内の蓄熱媒体(6’)は、固相と液相との間で相変化することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の空調装置。
- 前記蒸発器(5)は交差向流構造のものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の空調装置。
- 特に前記蓄熱器(6)が冷たさをロードされると、前記圧縮式冷凍回路と前記固定空調回路とが並列動作できることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の空調装置。
