第1回 日本熱電学会学術講演会 JST2004 論文集、「CaMnO3系の酸化物添加における熱電特性」、P134〜135
くとも一種を元素換算で合計0.1〜50mol%添加することにより、上記添加物を添
加しない場合に比べて、低温域におけるn型熱電素子用組成物(n型熱電素子)のゼーベ
ック係数を大きくすることができる。これにより、熱電素子の使用温度範囲が低温域であ
っても、大きな起電力を発生させることが可能となる。
Claims (1)
- 金属元素比率でCaとMnとの合計が100mol%になるようにCa:40〜60mol%、Mn:40〜60mol%を含有した金属酸化物に、Zn,Ba,Mgの少なくとも一種を元素換算で合計0.1〜50.0mol%添加してなることを特徴とするn型熱電素子用組成物。
