Claims (2)
- 駆動部材に固定的に接続されるよう構成されるハブと、
捩り振動のフィルタリング機能を有する第一弾性リングによって前記ハブに接続されるプーリと、
第二弾性リングによって前記ハブに接続される慣性リングとを含み、
前記第二弾性リングは、前記慣性リングと共に、制振システムを形成し、
前記ハブは、前記駆動部材に接続されるよう構成される内部環状フランジを含み、
前記ハブは、前記内部環状フランジと一体的に、実質的にC字断面を有する環状結合部を含み、該環状結合部は、前記内部環状フランジが位置付けられる側で軸方向に開放し、キャビティを形成し、
前記環状結合部は、前記第二弾性リングが取り付けられる外部管状壁と、前記ハブに対する前記プーリの径方向及び軸方向の支持のために前記外部管状壁と前記プーリとの間に位置付けられるベアリングとを含み、
前記プーリは、周辺冠部と、該周辺冠部から径方向に内向きに延びるプーリフランジとを含み、
該プーリフランジは、外部環状部と、前記周辺冠部に同軸で内側に設けられる中間管状壁とを含む、
一体型プーリ及びトーショナルダンパアセンブリであって、
当該アセンブリは、
結合フランジを含み、
該結合フランジは、前記ハブの前記内部環状フランジを軸方向に支承する内部環状壁と、周辺環状縁部とを備え、
前記プーリフランジは、前記中間環状壁の軸方向端部から前記外部環状部の反対側に延びる内部環状部を含み、
前記第一弾性リングは、前記プーリフランジの前記内部環状部と前記結合フランジの前記周辺環状縁部との間に軸方向に位置付けられ、前記内部環状部及び前記周辺環状縁部と単一体を形成し、
前記慣性リングは、前記プーリの前記周辺冠部の内側に収容され、
前記第一弾性リングは、前記環状結合部の前記キャビティ内に収容されることを特徴とする、
アセンブリ。 - 前記ベアリングは、前記ハブの前記外部管状壁と前記プーリの前記中間管状壁との間に径方向に位置付けられる管状部と、前記プーリフランジの前記外部環状部と前記ハブの前記外部管状壁との間に軸方向に位置付けられるベアリングフランジとを一体的に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
