<比較例1>
実施例1において、透明熱可塑性樹脂表面層10を厚み50μmのメチルメタアクリレート樹脂単体で作成した以外は実施例1と同様にして本発明の化粧シートを作製した。
<性能比較>
以上のように作製した実施例1、2および比較例1の化粧シートについて、二液硬化型ウレタン樹脂接着剤を乾燥後の塗布量15g/m2で厚さ0.6mmの亜鉛メッキ鋼鈑に塗工、積層して性能試験用試料とした。

Claims (2)
- 少なくとも透明熱可塑性樹脂層と着色熱可塑性樹脂基材層からなり、前記透明熱可塑性樹脂層が2層以上であり、最外層の樹脂のガラス転移点がその内側層の樹脂のガラス転移点より低い透明熱可塑性樹脂からなり、前記最外層がポリフッ化ビニリデン樹脂であり、前記その内側層がポリメチルメタアクリレート樹脂であり、前記透明熱可塑性樹脂層の厚みが20μm〜80μmである化粧シートが、
鋼板に貼られ鋼板の表面が装飾され、且つ、折り曲げられたことを特徴とする化粧シート付き鋼板。 - 前記化粧シートにおける前記透明熱可塑性樹脂層の最外層とその内側層との層厚の比率が、2:8〜5:5であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化粧シート付き鋼板。
