Description
Claims (11)
- シールガスの供給源と、
前記シールガスの温度より高い温度を有する高温ガスの供給源と、
前記シールガスの供給源と流体連通している入口であって、前記シールガスが該入口に入り熱交換器を流れてからその出口から出ていくようにした入口と、前記出口とを有している、前記高温ガスによって加熱される熱交換器と、
少なくとも1つのシール・インタフェースを含んでいる弁と、
前記熱交換器の前記出口、及び前記少なくとも1つのシール・インタフェースと流体連通していて前記加熱されたシールガスを前記シール・インターフェースに送出する送出導管と、を備え、
前記シール・インターフェースを含んでいる弁は、ガス入口と流体連通するようになっている第1経路と、ガス出口と流体連通するようになっている第2経路とを有する流れ分配器であって、前記ガス出口が前記高温ガスを収容するガス出口区画からなる流れ分配器を備えており、前記熱交換器は、前記高温ガスによって加熱されるように前記ガス出口区画内に配置されており、前記シールガスは、前記送出導管に入る前に前記加熱された熱交換器を通って流れる、弁アッセンブリ。 - 前記シールガスは空気である、請求項1に記載の弁アッセンブリ。
- 前記シールガスは、前記熱交換器内で華氏約150°から華氏約250°の温度まで加熱される、請求項1に記載の弁アッセンブリ。
- 前記弁はポペット弁である、請求項1に記載の弁アッセンブリ。
- 前記ポペット弁の位置に基づいて、前記シール・インタフェースへの前記シールガスの流れを制御するための少なくとも1つの送出導管弁を更に備えている、請求項4に記載の弁アッセンブリ。
- 前記弁はバタフライ弁である、請求項1に記載の弁アッセンブリ。
- 前記送出導管は、前記流れ分配器に連結されている中空軸を備えている、請求項1に記載の弁アッセンブリ。
- 前記シールガスは空気である、請求項1に記載の弁アッセンブリ。
- 前記シールガスの供給源と流体連通しているシールガスプレナムを更に備えており、前記シールガスプレナムは、前記熱交換器入口と流体連通している第1入口区画と、前記熱交換器出口と流体連通している第2区画とに分けられており、前記第2区画は前記送出導管と流体連通している、請求項1に記載の弁アッセンブリ。
- 前記シールガスプレナムは、バッフルによって分けられている、請求項9に記載の弁アッセンブリ。
- 前記シールガスは、前記熱交換器内で華氏約150°から華氏約250°の温度に加熱される、請求項1に記載の弁アッセンブリ。
