本発明の実施の形態1に係る発光ダイオードを用いたヘッドランプとして、自転車に装着されるヘッドランプを例に挙げて説明する。図1に示すように、ヘッドランプ1は、雨や風等を避けて光源と電池等を収容する筐体3を備え、その筐体3には、たとえば自転車のハンドル(図示せず)等にヘッドランプを取り付けるための取付け具5が装着されている。
本発明の実施の形態2に係る発光ダイオードを用いたヘッドランプについて説明する。図7に示すように、発光ダイオード13が搭載される基板部7は、アルミニウム板7aのみから形成されている。発光ダイオード13は、そのアルミニウム板7aの表面に直接配設されたホルダ15に取付けられている。
Claims (6)
- 発光ダイオードを用いたヘッドランプであって、
所定の筐体と、
前記筐体内に形成され、前記発光ダイオードに所定の電源を供給するための電池を収容する電池ケースと、
前記電池ケースと間隔を隔てて前記筐体内に配設され、前記発光ダイオードを搭載してヒートシンクとなる基板部と、
前記電池ケースに対して前記基板部の側に配設され、前記基板部と前記電池ケースとの間の隙間と前記電池ケースの内部とを仕切る隔壁と、
前記隔壁に形成され、前記隙間と前記電池ケースの内部とを連通して空気の循環を行うための通風口と
を備え、
前記通風口は前記隔壁の上部と下部に設けられた、ヘッドランプ。 - 前記基板部は、
基板本体と、
前記基板本体に装着され、前記発光ダイオードを搭載するためのホルダと
を含み、
前記基板本体は金属板のみからなり、前記ホルダは前記金属板の表面に接するように装着された、請求項1記載のヘッドランプ。 - 前記基板部は、
基板本体と、
前記基板本体に装着され、前記発光ダイオードを搭載するためのホルダと
を含み、
前記基板本体は金属板と、前記金属板の上に樹脂を介在させて形成された金属箔とを含み、前記ホルダは前記金属箔の表面に接するように装着された、請求項1記載のヘッドランプ。 - 前記金属箔は銅箔である、請求項3記載のヘッドランプ。
- 前記金属板はアルミニウム板である、請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載のヘッドランプ。
- 前記基板部は、
前記基板部を貫通する開口部と、
前記開口部に装着され、前記電池ケースに収容された電池との電気的な接触を図るとともに前記発光ダイオードの端子が接続されるリベットと
を含み、
前記リベットは中空リベットである、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のヘッドランプ。
