Description
図1を参照すると、本実施例の透明なカーボンナノチューブフィルムの製造方法は、カーボンナノチューブフィルムを提供する第一ステップと、該カーボンナノチューブフィルムに対してレーザ処理を行う第二ステップと、を含む。
本実施例は実施例1と比べて、次の異なる点がある。図4を参照すると、前記第二サブステップにおいて、前記レーザ装置140を固定させて、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルム118を移動可能な基板160に設置する。前記移動可能な基板160を移動させることにより、前記レーザ装置140で前記カーボンナノチューブフィルム118を照射する。前記移動可能な基板160の幅は前記カーボンナノチューブフィルム118の幅と同じ、又はより長く設けられている。前記移動可能な基板160は金属、プラスチック、ガラス、樹脂、石英のいずれか一種からなる。本実施例において、前記移動可能な基板160は樹脂からなる。
本実施例は実施例1と比べて、次の異なる点がある。図5を参照すると、第二ステップは、レーザ装置140を設置して、ストラップ状のレーザ照射領域144を形成する第一サブステップと、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルム118を移動させて、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルム118を前記レーザ照射領域144に通して、透明なカーボンナノチューブフィルム112を得る第二サブステップと、を含む。

Claims (4)
- カーボンナノチューブフィルムを提供する第一ステップと、
出力密度が0.1×104W/m2以上のレーザ装置により、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムを照射して透明なカーボンナノチューブフィルムを得る第二ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする透明なカーボンナノチューブフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記第二ステップが、
前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムを固定させる第一サブステップと、
前記レーザ装置を移動させて、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムを照射する第二サブステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の透明なカーボンナノチューブフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記第二ステップが、
前記レーザ装置を固定させる第一サブステップと、
前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムを移動可能な基板に設置する第二サブステップと、
前記移動可能な基板を移動させることにより、前記レーザ装置で前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムを照射する第三サブステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の透明なカーボンナノチューブフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記レーザ装置が複数のレーザ素子を備え、
該複数のレーザ素子により、ストラップ状のレーザ照射領域を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の透明なカーボンナノチューブフィルムの製造方法。
