Description
タイヤサイズ11R22.5、タイヤ構造を図1に示す構成とし、空気透過防止層に円筒状の熱可塑性樹脂フィルム(厚さ0.2mm)の上に巻き付けるゴムシート材の後の合計厚さを1.5mmとし、ゴムシート材の両端部がオーバーラップするようにスプライスして一次グリーンタイヤを成形し、これを膨径して二次グリーンタイヤを成形し、これを金型温度150℃、加硫時間45分の条件で加硫成形することを共通条件とし、ゴムシート材の厚さ及び巻き回数を表1に示すように変化させたときの、二次グリーンタイヤにおけるエア溜りの大きさ、熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの脱落性、加硫成形後のブリスター発生の有無を評価した。
二次グリーンタイヤのタイヤ内面から、半透明の熱可塑性樹脂フィルムを通して、トレッド部センターのゴムシート材の巻き始め端に形成されたエア溜りについて、タイヤ周方向の最大浮き長さを、エア溜りの大きさとして測定した。
二次グリーンタイヤを成形した後、室温に12時間放置して、熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの剥離又は脱落の有無を評価した。
加硫成形した空気入りタイヤのタイヤ内面のブリスターの発生の有無を目視評価した。

Claims (6)
- 成形ドラムに円筒状の熱可塑性樹脂フィルムを被覆し、該熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの上にタイゴムとして未加硫のゴムシート材を巻き付け、該ゴムシート材の上にカーカス層を巻き付ける空気入りタイヤの製造方法において、前記ゴムシート材を、タイヤ周方向に少なくとも2周巻き付ける空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ゴムシート材の厚さが、0.2〜1.0mmである請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ゴムシート材を巻き付けた後の合計厚さが、0.4〜5.0mmである請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ゴムシート材の巻き始め端と巻き終り端とを、周方向にオフセットさせる請求項1、2又は3に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ゴムシート材の巻き始め端にステッチャー掛けを行う請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記空気入りタイヤが、重荷重用空気入りタイヤである請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
