Claims (5)
- クランクケースの開口部の外周に取り付けられ、複数本の金属線材が交差して重なった網構造によって、前記クランクケースの外部へ流出する火炎を吸収及び分散させる火炎熱吸収網部と、
前記火炎熱吸収網部と同様な網構造を持ち、前記火炎熱吸収網部の外側に隣接して取り付けられ、前記火炎熱吸収網部より耐久性の強い素材からなり、前記火炎熱吸収網部の外側への屈曲変形を外側で阻止する高強度変形防止部と、
前記高強度変形防止部の外側に、前記高強度変形防止部が所定幅以内で歪曲変形できるようにする空間部を提供する変形防止空間部と、
板面に放射状に凹凸が形成された複数のストラップが重なった構造を持って前記変形防止空間部の外側に取り付けられ、前記変形防止空間部を通過した残余の火炎を前記ストラップ間に形成された導出孔を通過するうちに最終的に吸収し、酸素欠乏による不完全燃焼によって未火花状態で吐き出す火炎導出ダクト部と、
を含んでなることを特徴とする、内燃機関の火炎噴出防止用トラップ装置。 - 前記火炎熱吸収網部は、
クランクケースの開口部の外周に取り付けられ、複数本の金属線材が交差して重なった網構造によって、前記クランクケースの外部へ流出する火炎を1次に吸収及び分散させる1次火炎熱吸収網部と、
前記1次火炎熱吸収網部の外側に、より拡張した空間部を提供して、前記1次火炎熱吸収網部を通過しながら分散及び弱化した火炎の圧力を減少させる減圧拡散空間部と、
前記減圧拡散空間部の外側に前記1次火炎熱吸収網部と同様な網構造で取り付けられ、前記1次火炎熱吸収網部と減圧拡散空間部で1次に吸収されて減圧された火炎を2次に吸収及び分散させる2次火炎熱吸収網部と、
を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の火炎噴出防止用トラップ装置。 - 前記高強度変形防止部は、ステンレス鋼材からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の火炎噴出防止用トラップ装置。
- 前記高強度変形防止部は、前記火炎熱吸収網部を構成する金属線材の0.5倍〜2.5倍に相当する直径を持つ金属線材からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の火炎噴出防止用トラップ装置。
- 前記内燃機関の火炎噴出防止用トラップ装置は、前記火炎熱吸収網部、前記高強度変形防止部、及び前記火炎導出ダクト部を上側で拘束する上板カバーの上面上に運搬リンクが形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の火炎噴出防止用トラップ装置。
