Claims (2)
- クランクケースの開口部の外周に設置され、多数の鉄線部材が交差し合い重なり合っている網構造によって、前記クランクケースの外部に流出する火炎を1次的に吸収および分散させる1次火炎吸収網部と、前記1次火炎吸収網部の外側に拡張された空の空間部を提供し、前記1次火炎吸収網部を通過して分散および弱化した火炎の圧力を減少させる減圧拡散空間部と、前記減圧拡散空間部の外側に前記1次火炎吸収網部と同様の網構造で設置され、前記1次火炎吸収網部と前記減圧拡散空間部で1次的に吸収、減圧された火炎を2次的に吸収および分散させる2次火炎吸収網部と、板面に放射状に凸凹が設けられた多数のストラップが重なり合っている構造で前記2次火炎吸収網部の外側に設置され、前記2次火炎吸収網部を通過した残余の火炎を、前記ストラップの間に設けられた導出孔を通過しながら3次的に吸収し、酸素欠乏に起因する不燃焼によって無火花状態で吐き出す火炎導出ダクト部とを含んでなり、前記1次火炎吸収網部、前記2次火炎吸収網部、前記火炎導出ダクト部および前記減圧拡散空間部が、同心円の円筒形状に形成されていることを特徴とする、内燃機関の火炎噴出防止用トラップ装置。
- 前記1次火炎吸収網部は、内外側に接する多数のボルトによる形状維持がなされつつ固定設置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関の火炎噴出防止用トラップ装置。
