Description
先ず、熱可塑性ポリイミドフィルムの第1表面と、第2表面にそれぞれ第1金属箔及び第2金属箔を張り付ける。次に、ホットロールセットで第1金属箔と、熱可塑性ポリイミドフィルム及び第2金属箔とを熱間ロール圧合することにより、ポリイミド両面金属箔積層板を形成する。このときの熱可塑性ポリイミドフィルムの幅が、稍第1金属箔と第2金属箔の幅より狭く設定されてある。最後に、さらにポリイミド両面金属箔積層板の横幅を必要に応じて切断する。
本発明の別の好ましい実施形態では、さらに、直接ポリイミド金属箔積層板上に金属箔を張り付けて、熱圧合によって、ポリイミド両面金属箔積層板を形成することができる。先ず、ポリイミド金属箔積層板を用意する。次に、ポリイミド金属箔積層板のポリイミドフィルムの表面に金属箔を張り付ける。そして、ホットロールセットを利用してポリイミド金属箔積層板及び金属箔とを熱間ロール圧合することにより、ポリイミド両面金属箔積層板を形成する。その中で、ポリイミド金属箔積層板の幅が稍金属箔の幅より狭く設定されている。最後に、必要に応じてポリイミド両面金属箔積層板の横縁を切断する。
Claims (2)
- ポリイミド両面金属箔積層板の製造方法であって、
第1金属箔、第2金属箔及び幅が前記第1金属箔、第2金属箔より狭い熱可塑性ポリイミドフィルムに対して予熱処理を施してから、前記第1金属箔を、前記熱可塑性ポリイミドフィルムの第1表面に張り合わせる工程と、
前記第2金属箔を、前記熱可塑性ポリイミドフィルムの第2表面に張り合わせる工程と、
前記第1金属箔、前記熱可塑性ポリイミドフィルム、及び前記第2金属箔を熱間ロール圧合してポリイミド両面金属箔積層板を形成する工程と、
を含むポリイミド両面金属箔積層板の製造方法。 - 熱間ロール圧合方法であって、
金属箔及び幅が前記金属箔より狭いポリイミド片面金属箔積層板に対して予熱処理を施してから、前記金属箔を前記ポリイミド片面金属箔積層板のポリイミドフィルムに張り合わせる工程と、
前記金属箔及び前記ポリイミド片面金属箔積層板を熱間ロール圧合することにより、ポリイミド両面金属箔積層板を形成する工程と
を含む熱間ロール圧合方法。
