Claims (6)
- 真空度を調節し得る真空雰囲気中で炭化水素系溶剤、親水性溶剤、植物油、又は動物油脂のうち、1種又は複数種を選択的に用いた熱媒体液を沸点まで加熱し、この沸点加熱により発生した100℃以上の蒸気を用いて熱交換体を介して加熱目的液の加熱を行うことを特徴とする被加熱目的液の加熱方法。
- 真空度を調節し得る真空雰囲気中で炭化水素系溶剤、親水性溶剤、植物油、又は動物油脂のうち、1種又は複数種を選択的に用いた熱媒体液を加熱し蒸気を発生させる耐圧性の加熱槽と、この加熱槽内で発生した100℃以上の蒸気に加熱されて被加熱目的液と熱交換を行う熱交換体とから成ることを特徴とする被加熱目的液の加熱装置。
- 炭化水素系溶剤、親水性溶剤、植物油、又は動物油脂のうち、1種又は複数種を選択的に用いた熱媒体液を、真空度を調節し得る真空雰囲気中で沸点まで加熱して100℃以上の蒸気を発生させ、この沸点までの加熱により蒸気を発生させた真空雰囲気中に、内部に被加熱目的液を収納した熱交換体を配置し、熱媒体液の蒸気を熱交換体に接触させることにより、熱交換体を介して被加熱目的液の加熱を行うことを特徴とする被加熱目的液の加熱方法。
- 真空機構と、炭化水素系溶剤、親水性溶剤、植物油、又は動物油脂のうち、1種又は複数種を選択的に用いた熱媒体液を収納するとともに前記真空機構に接続して内部を真空度を調節し得る真空状態とし、この真空雰囲気中で熱媒体液を加熱体により沸点まで加熱して100℃以上の蒸気を発生させる加熱槽と、内部に被加熱目的液を収納するとともに、前記加熱槽の真空雰囲気中に少なくとも一部を配置して熱媒体液の蒸気と熱交換可能に接触させることにより、前記被加熱目的液の加熱を行う熱交換体とから成ることを特徴とする被加熱目的液の加熱装置。
- 炭化水素系溶剤、親水性溶剤、植物油、又は動物油脂のうち、1種又は複数種を選択的に用いた熱媒体液を、真空度を調節し得る真空雰囲気中で沸点まで加熱し、この沸点加熱により発生した100℃以上の蒸気を、真空雰囲気に保たれた熱交換体中に導入するとともに、この熱交換体を被加熱目的液内に挿入して、この被加熱目的液と熱交換体とを熱交換可能に接触させることにより、被加熱目的液の加熱を行うことを特徴とする被加熱目的液の加熱方法。
- 真空機構と、炭化水素系溶剤、親水性溶剤、植物油、又は動物油脂のうち、1種又は複数種を選択的に用いた熱媒体液を収納するとともに前記真空機構に接続して内部を真空度を調節し得る真空状態とし、この真空雰囲気中で熱媒体液を加熱体により沸点まで加熱して100℃以上の蒸気を発生させる加熱槽と、前記熱媒体液の蒸気を導入し、被加熱目的液内に挿入してこの被加熱目的液と熱交換可能に接触することにより被加熱目的液の加熱を行う熱交換体とから成ることを特徴とする被加熱目的液の加熱装置。
