1)下記化学式3に表されるテトラハロベンゼンとフェニルボロン酸の鈴木クロスカップリング(Suzuki cross-coupling)反応を行い、下記化学式2に表されるターフェニルジハロゲン化(dihalide)誘導体を製造する過程、及び
2)下記化学式2に表されるターフェニルジハロゲン化(dihalide)誘導体の両端のフェニル環部分にスルホン酸基を導入する過程。
以下、本発明を下記実施例によってさらに詳細に説明する。ただし、これらは本発明を例示するためのものであり、本発明の範囲を制限しない。
Claims (5)
- 前記化学式1に表される化学物が、4,4”−ジスルホン酸(disulfonated)−2',5’−ジフルオロ−[1,1':4’,1”]ターフェニル、及び4,4”−ジスルホン酸(disulfonated)−4',5’−ジフルオロ−[1,1':2’,1”]ターフェニルから選ばれたものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の単量体。
- 下記化学式3に表されるテトラハロベンゼンとフェニルボロン酸の鈴木クロスカップリング(Suzuki cross-coupling)反応を行い、下記化学式2に表されるターフェニルジハロゲン化(dihalide)誘導体を製造する過程、及び
下記化学式2に表されるターフェニルジハロゲン化(dihalide)誘導体の両端のフェニル環部分にスルホン酸基を導入し、下記化学式1に表されるスルホン酸基含有ターフェニルジハロゲン化(dihalide)単量体を製造する過程が
含まれることを特徴とする製造方法:
前記において、X1及びX2は各々FまたはClを表し; Y1及びY2は各々ブロモ(Br)またはヨード(I)を表し;M1及びM2は各々アルカリ金属原子を表す。 - 前記化学式3に表されるテトラハロベンゼンは、1,2−ジブロモ−4,5−ジフルオロベンゼン、または1,4−ジブロモ−2,5−ジフルオロベンゼンであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の製造方法。
- 前記スルホン酸基の導入反応には濃硫酸、クロロスルホン酸(ClSO3H)、発煙硫酸(SO3・H2SO4)及び発煙硫酸リン酸トリエチル(SO3・TEP)から選ばれたスルホン酸化合物が使用されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の製造方法。
