Claims (13)
- 合成の糸を紡糸しかつ捲縮するための方法であって、少なくとも1つのフィラメント束をポリマー溶融物から形成し、次いで据え込みによって糸栓状体を形成し、該糸栓状体は冷却区域内での冷却のために移動可能な冷却溝内を所定の冷却速度で案内され、冷却の後に前記糸栓状体から捲縮された糸を引き出し、次いで該糸はパッケージに巻き取られる形式のものにおいて、冷却区域の長さと糸栓状体の冷却速度とを互いに適合して、糸栓状体を少なくとも1秒の時間にわたって冷却溝内で冷却し、かつ糸栓状体を冷却区域の始端部で蛇行状に冷却溝内に送り込むことを特徴とする、合成の糸を紡糸しかつ捲縮するための方法。
- 糸栓状体を少なくとも2秒の時間にわたって冷却溝内で冷却する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 糸栓状体を、冷却の前には所定の案内速度で案内し、かつ冷却中には所定の冷却速度で案内し、この場合に冷却速度を案内速度よりも小さくしてある請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 糸栓状体の案内速度を、糸栓状体の冷却速度の少なくとも二倍にしてある請求項3に記載の方法。
- 糸栓状体を冷却区域の始端部で複数の層に重ねて冷却溝内に送り込む請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 糸栓状体を、回転駆動可能な冷却ドラムの周囲の冷却溝内で案内し、この場合に冷却溝の溝底部は空気通過可能な冷却表面を形成している請求項5に記載の方法。
- 糸栓状体を冷却区域内で冷却媒体流によって冷却する請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 冷却媒体流を負圧源及び/又は高圧源によって生ぜしめる請求項7に記載の方法。
- 合成の糸を紡糸しかつ捲縮するための装置であって、フィラメント束(10)の形成のための紡糸装置(1)、フィラメント束の据え込みによる糸栓状体(13)の形成のための捲縮装置(7)、冷却中の糸栓状体(13)の受容及び案内のための移動可能な冷却溝(26)、及び捲縮された糸(15)の巻き取りのための巻き取り装置(17)を備えている形式のものにおいて、冷却溝(26)の幅(B)は、フィラメント束の糸栓状体(13)を冷却溝内へ蛇行状にかつ複数の層に重ねて送り込みできるように規定されていることを特徴とする、合成の糸を紡糸しかつ捲縮するための装置。
- 捲縮装置(7)の出口(24)と冷却溝(26)との間に所定の距離(A)を設けてあり、冷却溝(26)の幅(B)は、糸栓状体(13)の直径の少なくとも二倍の大きさである請求項9に記載の装置。
- 冷却溝(26)は冷却ドラム(25)の周囲に形成してあり、冷却ドラム(25)に対応して、糸栓状体(13)の案内の案内速度の調節のために制御可能な駆動部(31)を配置してある請求項9又は10に記載の装置。
- 冷却ドラム(25)に対応して、負圧源(29)を配置してあり、該負圧源によって、冷却溝(26)のメッシュ状の溝底部(27)及び糸栓状体(13)を通過する冷却媒体流を生ぜしめるようになっている請求項11に記載の装置。
- 冷却ドラム(25)に対応して、送風装置(32)を配置してあり、該送風装置は高圧力源(33)に接続されていて、冷却溝(26)及び糸栓状体(13)に向けられた冷却媒体流を生ぜしめるようになっている請求項11又は12に記載の装置。
