Claims (7)
- 第一軸に設けられた第一歯車と、第二軸に設けられ前記第一歯車と噛合う第二歯車と、第三軸に設けられ前記第二歯車と噛合う第三歯車とを備え、
前記第二歯車は、回転軸まわりの周方向において、剛性が変化するように形成されており、
ある時刻における、前記第一歯車と前記第二歯車との噛合い位置での前記第二歯車の剛性と、前記第二歯車と前記第三歯車との噛合い位置での前記第二歯車の剛性とがそれぞれ異なるように、前記第一歯車と前記第三歯車とを配置した、歯車装置。 - 前記第二歯車を軸方向に貫通する貫通孔を形成することにより前記第二歯車の剛性を変化させ、
前記第二歯車の回転中心軸から前記貫通孔へ向かって延びる方向に、前記第一歯車と前記第三歯車とのいずれか一方が配置されている、請求項1に記載の歯車装置。 - 前記貫通孔は、前記第二歯車の回転軸まわりの周方向に沿って延びるように形成されている、請求項2に記載の歯車装置。
- 前記貫通孔は、前記第二歯車の歯底円の内部において、前記第二歯車の回転中心と歯底とを結ぶ線分の中点よりも前記歯底円の円周側に形成されている、請求項2または請求項3に記載の歯車装置。
- 前記第二歯車の側面が突起している厚み部を形成することにより前記第二歯車の剛性を変化させ、
前記第二歯車の回転中心軸から前記厚み部に向かって延びる方向に、前記第一歯車と前記第三歯車とのいずれか一方が配置されている、請求項1に記載の歯車装置。 - 前記第二歯車は、貫通孔が形成された部分と連結部が形成された部分とを有し、
前記第一歯車と前記第三歯車との一方が前記第二歯車において連結部が形成された部分と噛合うときに、前記第一歯車と前記第三歯車との他方が前記第二歯車において貫通孔が形成された部分と噛合うように設定された、請求項1に記載の歯車装置。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の歯車装置を備える、動力伝達装置。
