Claims (3)
- Nd2Fe14B化合物粒子の粒界にFe粒子を含むナノコンポジット磁石の製造方法であって、界面活性剤を含む溶媒中のNd2Fe14B化合物粒子の分散液と、界面活性剤を含む溶媒中のFe粒子の分散液を混合し、次いで両親媒性溶媒を添加しながら攪拌してNd2Fe14B化合物粒子の表面上にFe粒子を担持させ、乾燥、焼結することを含み、Fe粒子の量がNd 2 Fe 14 B化合物粒子分散液とFe粒子分散液の混合液中に存在するFe粒子のモル数で0.04〜0.05モル/Lであり、Fe粒子の粒径が2〜50nmである方法。
- Nd2Fe14B化合物粒子の粒径が500nm〜2μmである、請求項1記載の方法。
- Nd2Fe14B化合物粒子とFe粒子の混合割合が体積比率で
VFe/VNd2Fe14B=0.1〜1.5
(上式中、VFeはFe粒子の体積であり、VNd2Fe14BはNd2Fe14B粒子の体積である)
である、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
