Description
オクチルエーテル50mLにオレイン酸0.8mL及びオレイルアミン0.85mLを加え、混合溶媒を調製した。この混合溶媒に、鉄(III)アセチルアセトナート1.236g及び白金(II)アセチルアセトナート0.59gを加え、溶媒を160℃に加熱して加えた塩が溶解するまで保持した(約30分)。次いで230℃まで加熱し、還元剤であるヘキサデカンジオール1.94gを加え、230℃に60分保持した。その後冷却し、得られた粒子を回収した。
オクチルエーテル50mLに鉄(III)アセチルアセトナート1.236g及び白金(II)アセチルアセトナート0.59gを加え、160℃に加熱して加えた塩が溶解するまで保持した(約30分)。次いで230℃まで加熱し、還元剤であるヘキサデカンジオール1.94gを加えた。30分後、界面活性剤としてオレイン酸0.8mL及びオレイルアミン0.85mLを加え、230℃に30分保持した。その後冷却し、得られた粒子を回収した。
Claims (5)
- FePt粒子とFe粒子を含むナノコンポジット金属磁性粒子の製造方法であって、Feの塩とPtの塩を界面活性剤を含む溶媒中に溶解させ、Feの塩を構成するFeイオンの還元温度以上の温度において還元剤を加え、FePt粒子を合成すると同時に、このFePt粒子の表面上にFe粒子を析出させることを含む方法。
- FePt粒子とFe粒子を含むナノコンポジット金属磁性粒子の製造方法であって、Feの塩とPtの塩を溶媒中に溶解させ、Feの塩を構成するFeイオンの還元温度以上の温度において還元剤を加え、次いで界面活性剤を加え、FePt粒子を合成すると同時に、このFePt粒子の表面上にFe粒子を析出させることを含む方法。
- Feの塩が鉄アセチルアセトナートであり、Ptの塩が白金アセチルアセトナートである、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 還元剤がポリオールである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 230℃以上の温度で還元剤を加える、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
