Tq=I×dω/dt
により演算する。このトルクTqはクランクシャフトが一定の角速度ωで回転していると仮定すると0になるが、膨張行程ではピストンの加速により角速度ωが増加し、圧縮行程ではピストンの減速により角速度ωが減少してクランク角加速度dω/dtが発生するため、そのクランク角加速度dω/dtに比例したトルクTqが発生することになる。
Claims (4)
- 複数層のコイル形状に巻回した導線(61)の内周面を露出させたボビンレスコイルにおいて、
内径部には、前記導線(61)の巻回時に該内径部に加わる荷重により該導線(61)の塑性変形域が形成され、
前記導線(61)の軸線(L)方向両端面に一対の円板状のガイド部材(65,66)が当接し、それら一対のガイド部材(65,66)が付勢部材で相互に接近する方向に付勢されたことを特徴とするボビンレスコイル。 - 前記内径部の前記導線(61)の巻き張力を高めることで該内径部の導線(61)を塑性変形させて、前記塑性変形域を形成したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のボビンレスコイル。
- 前記付勢部材は導線(61)の一部であり、一対の円板状のガイド部材(65,66)の周囲に形成した係合部(65c,66c)に前記導線(61)の一部を係合させることで、それら一対のガイド部材(65,66)を相互に接近する方向に付勢したことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のボビンレスコイル。
- 請求項1ないし請求項3の何れかに記載のボビンレスコイルの製造方法であって、
一対の円板状のガイド部材(65,66)の中心を貫通するボビン治具(62)の外周に、それら一対のガイド部材(65,66)をガイドにして導線(61)をコイル形状に巻回する工程と、
導線(61)の少なくとも一端側を一対のガイド部材(65,66)の外周部に係合させて軸線(L)方向に引くことで、それら一対のガイド部材(65,66)を相互に接近する方向に付勢する工程と、
コイル形状に巻回した導線(61)および一対のガイド部材(65,66)からボビン治具(62)を分離する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするボビンレスコイルの製造方法。
