Description
また、本発明の請求項5は、速度計に設けられた第2のディスプレー(MID15)を更に有し、前記第1のディスプレーが格納状態にある場合に前記暗信号が前記所定時間継続して出力されると、前記第2のディスプレーに起動予告を所定時間表示した後に前記第1のディスプレーを起動させることを特徴とするものとした。
また、請求項5の発明によれば、暗状態が所定時間継続している時にのみ第1のディスプレーが起動するので、周囲の暗さを意識した運転者の感覚に合致したディスプレーの作動が実現され、且つ、ディスプレーが起動する前に第2のディスプレーに起動予告が所定時間表示されるので、第1のディスプレーの起動を運転者が予測可能となる。

Claims (5)
- インストルメントパネル上に出没自在に設けられた第1のディスプレーに赤外線カメラで撮像した画像を表示する車載用暗視装置であって、
車外照度を検知して所定照度以下の時に暗信号を出力するとともに、所定照度以上の時に明信号を出力する照度センサを有し、
前記第1のディスプレーが格納状態にある場合、前記暗信号の継続的な出力が第1の所定時間に満たない限り、前記第1のディスプレーに起動指令を出力せずに前記格納状態を維持し、前記暗信号が前記第1の所定時間継続して出力された時に前記第1のディスプレーに起動指令を出力し、前記第1のディスプレーが起動状態にある場合、前記明信号が出力されると直ちに前記第1のディスプレーに格納指令を出力することを特徴とする車載用暗視装置。 - 前記起動指令の出力を、前記暗信号の出力と連動させる状態と連動させない状態とを選択する選択手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車載用暗視装置。
- 前記第1のディスプレーに停止指令を手動で出力する手動停止指令出力手段を有し、前記連動させる状態が選択された時は、該手動停止指令出力が前記起動指令出力に優先することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車載用暗視装置。
- 前記連動させない状態が選択された時に前記第1のディスプレーの起動/停止指令を手動で出力する手動起動/停止指令出力手段を有し、該手動起動/停止指令出力手段として、前記手動停止指令出力手段を兼用させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車載用暗視装置。
- 速度計に設けられた第2のディスプレーを更に有し、
前記第1のディスプレーが格納状態にある場合に前記暗信号が前記第1の所定時間継続して出力されると、前記第2のディスプレーに起動予告を第2の所定時間表示した後に前記第1のディスプレーを起動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車載用暗視装置。
