Description
Claims (35)
- 体内の管腔にステントを搬送するように形成された装置であって、
体内の管腔内に配置されるのに適したステントと、
該ステントを支持し、該ステントを配置する上での助けとなるように形成された拡張式アセンブリであって、ガイドワイヤと協働するように構成された拡張式アセンブリと、
該拡張式アセンブリを収容するのに適したルーメンと、前記ステントと、前記ガイドワイヤを具えたガイド部材であって、さらに、前記拡張式アセンブリと前記ステントに、前記拡張式アセンブリと前記ステントを前記ルーメン内に選択的に制止する規制力を付与する手段を具えるガイド部材と、
前記ガイドワイヤ上で前記拡張式アセンブリの遠位方向に配置されたフィルタアセンブリとを具え、
該フィルタアセンブリと前記ガイド部材と前記拡張式アセンブリと前記ステントは、前記ステントを前記体内管腔へ搬送するために体内管腔内にほぼ同時に配置され、
前記ガイド部材は複数の支柱とともに形成された遠位端を具え、前記複数の支柱は前記拡張式アセンブリと前記ステントとを取り囲み、
前記規制力を付与する手段は、前記規制力を解放可能に前記複数の支柱に付与する規制部材を具える、

- 前記1または複数の支柱はそれぞれ遠位部分と中間部分と近位部分とを具え、前記中間部分は前記遠位部分および近位部分の少なくとも一方よりも断面が小さいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記遠位部分と前記近位部分は同じ断面領域を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 規制部分と解放部分との間で前記フィルタバスケットを選択的に制止するように形成されている規制部材をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタアセンブリは前記ガイドワイヤと一体的に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記規制部材は、前記複数の支柱を取り囲んで前記スリーブを選択的に固定する縫い目として前記規制部材の少なくとも一部が働くようなスリーブであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記規制部材は複数のヒンジ部を具え、該複数のヒンジ部は少なくとも一つの作動部材の少なくとも一部によって選択的に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記規制部材は前記複数の支柱のうちの1または複数と接合された1または複数の分離可能な部分を具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの作動部材は前記規制部材と協働し、前記少なくとも一つの作動部材は前記複数の支柱を選択的に解放する前記1または複数の分離可能部分を分離するのに適していることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記規制部材は前記複数の支柱の1または複数に対して選択的に固定されたコードを具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コードは複数のフープを構成され、前記複数のフープは前記少なくとも一つの作動部材の少なくとも一部によって選択的に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記規制部材は前記複数の支柱の1または複数に選択的に通されたコードであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記規制部材は、前記複数の支柱の1または複数に個別に取り付けられた1または複数の管状部材であって、該1または複数の管状部材は前記少なくとも一つの作動部材の少なくとも一部を収容するように位置あわせされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタアセンブリは非外傷性チップを具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 体内管腔内にステントを搬送するように形成された装置であって、
体内管腔内に配置されるのに適したステントと、
前記体内管腔内に前記ステントを配置する助けとなるように形成された拡張式アセンブリであって、ガイドワイヤと協働するように構成された拡張式アセンブリと、
近位端と遠位端と、少なくとも該遠位端から前記近位端に向かって延在するルーメンとを具えたガイド部材であって、該ルーメンは前記拡張式アセンブリ、前記ステント、ガイドワイヤを収容するのに適しており、前記ガイド部材の遠位端は前記拡張式アセンブリを選択的に制止する規制力を前記拡張式アセンブリと前記ステントに付与する手段を備えるガイド部材と、
前記ガイドワイヤ上で前記拡張式アセンブリの遠位方向に配置されたフィルタアセンブリとを具え、
前記フィルタアセンブリ、前記ガイド部材、前記拡張式アセンブリ及び前記ステントは前記体内の管腔へ前記ステントを搬送するために、体内の管腔内にほぼ同時に配置され、
前記ガイド部材は複数の支柱とともに形成された遠位端を具え、前記複数の支柱は前記拡張式アセンブリと前記ステントとを取り囲み、
前記規制力を付与する手段は、前記規制力を解放可能に前記複数の支柱に付与する規制部材を具える、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記拡張式アセンブリは、
前記ガイドワイヤに協働するのに適した拡張式チューブと、
前記拡張式チューブに取り付けられた拡張式バルーンであって、前記拡張式チューブが内部部分を具える拡張式バルーンと、
前記内部部分と液体連通する膨張チューブとを具えることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の装置。 - 前記ガイドワイヤは少なくとも部分的に前記拡張式チューブ内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタアセンブリは、
フィルタバスケットと
前記フィルタバスケットに取り付けられたフィルタとを具えることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の装置。 - 前記フィルタバスケットは1または複数の支柱を備え、前記1または複数の支柱は外方向に移動するように偏倚されていることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の装置。
- 規制された部分と解放された部分との間で前記フィルタを選択的に制止するように形成された規制部材をさらに具えることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記規制部材は前記1または複数の支柱を取り囲んで選択的に固定されたスリーブであることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の装置。
- 前記規制部材の少なくとも一部は前記1または複数の支柱を取り囲んで前記スリーブを選択的に固定する縫い目として働くことを特徴とする請求項26に記載の装置。
- 前記規制部材は複数のヒンジ部を備え、前記複数のヒンジ部は前記少なくとも一つの作動部材の少なくとも一部によって選択的に固定されることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の装置。
- 前記規制部材の少なくとも一部は前記1または複数の支柱の少なくとも2本の間の隙間を通っており、前記規制部材は前記1または複数の支柱の周りに選択的に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の装置。
- 前記規制部材は前記1または複数の支柱と結合する1または複数の分離可能部分を具えることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの作動部材は前記規制部材と協働し、前記少なくとも一つの作動部材は、前記1または複数の支柱を選択的に解放するために、前記1または複数の分離可能部材の1または複数を分離するのに適していることを特徴とする請求項30に記載の装置。
- 前記規制部材は、前記1または複数の支柱の1または複数を選択的に固定するコードを具えていることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の装置。
- 前記コードは複数のフープを構成され、前記複数のフープは前記少なくとも一つの作動部材の少なくとも一部によって選択的に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項32に記載の装置。
- 前記規制部材は前記1または複数の支柱の1または複数を選択的に縫い合わせるコードであることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の装置。
- 前記規制部材は、前記1または複数の支柱の1または複数に個別に取り付けられた1または複数の管状部材であって、該1または複数の管状部材は少なくとも一つの作動部材の少なくとも一部を収容するように位置合わせされていることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の装置。
