Claims (6)
- 第1と第2のタイプの板状構成要素の層状アセンブリと電解膜よりなる少なくとも1つの電池より構成される高圧電気化学電池装置を製造する方法であって、
前記第1と第2のタイプの前記板状構成要素は、
複数の開口部又は流動空間を有する中央部と、該中央部と一体をなし、該中央部周囲を完全に包囲し、少なくとも1つの貫通孔を備えた封止表面より成り、
前記第1のタイプの板状構成要素には、前記貫通孔と前記中央部の間に少なくとも1つの断続的な部分溝部を形成する1つの断続的なスロット列を欠如した少なくとも1つの貫通孔が設けられ、
前記第2のタイプの板状構成要素には、前記貫通孔と前記中央部の間に少なくとも1つの断続的な部分溝部を形成する1つの断続的なスロット列を含む少なくとも1つの貫通孔が設けられ、
前記方法が、
前記第1のタイプの前記板状構成要素より成る少なくとも1つの層状サブアセンブリを準備する過程と、
前記第2のタイプの前記板状構成要素の前記断続的な部分溝部が相互に連通して前記第2のタイプの前記板状構成要素の前記中央部の前記複数の低減面積開口部と前記貫通孔の間に流通状態を確立する連続的な通路を形成するように、少なくとも2つの前記第2のタイプの前記板状構成要素に、前記層状サブアセンブリを積層して、層状アセンブリを準備する過程と、
少なくとも1つの層状アセンブリと前記電解膜を組立てて少なくとも1つの電池を形成する過程を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 第1と第2のタイプの板状構成要素の層状アセンブリと電解膜より成る少なくとも1つの電池で構成される高圧電気化学電池装置を製造する方法であって、
前記第1と第2のタイプの前記板状構成要素は、
複数の開口部又は流動空間を有する中央部と、該中央部と一体をなし、該中央部周囲を完全に包囲し、少なくとも1つの貫通孔を備えた封止表面より成り、
前記第1のタイプの板状構成要素には、前記貫通孔と前記中央部の間に少なくとも1つの断続的な部分溝部を形成する1つの断続的なスロット列を欠如した少なくとも1つの貫通孔が設けられ、
前記第2のタイプの板状構成要素には、前記貫通孔と前記中央部の間に少なくとも1つの断続的な部分溝部を形成する1つの断続的なスロット列を含む少なくとも1つの貫通孔が設けられ、
前記方法が、
前記第1のタイプの前記板状構成要素の前記封止表面を結合材料で塗着して圧力を前記板状構成要素の前記封止表面に加えてこれを組立てることによって、前記第1のタイプの前記板状構成要素より成る少なくとも1つの層状サブアセンブリを準備する過程と、
選択的に、前記サブアセンブリは、また、結合材料で塗着された少なくとも2つの前記第2のタイプの前記板状構成要素より成り、前記第2のタイプの前記板状構成要素の前記断続的な部分溝部が相互に連通して前記第2のタイプの前記板状構成要素の前記中央部の前記複数の面積低減開口部と前記貫通孔の間に流通状態を確立する連続的な通路を形成し、
前記層状サブアセンブリと前記第2のタイプの板状構成要素の前記封止表面を結合材料で塗着して圧力を前記サブアセンブリと板状構成要素の前記封止表面に加えて前記塗着されサブアセンブリと板状構成要素を組立てることによって少なくとも1つの層状アセンブリを準備する過程と、
前記層状アセンブリを、10〜60MPaの範囲の圧力で、平板間で押圧する過程と、
前記電解膜と押圧され積層された最終アセンブリを組立てて少なくとも1つの電池を形成する過程とより成ることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1及び前記第2の板状構成要素は、ニオブ、チタン、ジルコニウム及びステンレス鋼からなる集合体より選択される材料から製造されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記結合材料は、フッ素ゴム性材料、シリコーン及びエポキシから成る集合体より選択されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記結合材料がフッ素ゴム性材料であり、前記封止表面の塗着に脂肪族ケトン溶媒中に前記フッ素ゴム性材料を5:1の割合で希釈した溶液が使用されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記サブアセンブリ及び前記最終アセンブリが、80〜90゜Cの範囲の温度で且つ30〜60MPaの範囲の圧力で積層されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
